| Grafting is an effective technical means to improve the resistance of melon and fruit vegetables and overcome the joint barrier,which has been widely used in cucumber production throughout the country.Due to the different flavor,yield and quality of grafted cucumber stock and cucumber variety,the innovative demand of cucumber production in different regions is extremely urgent.In this experiment,new rootstocks and cucumber varieties were introduced for grafting experiments,and the changes of growth,yield,quality and photosynthetic characteristics of cucumber with different grafting combinations were discussed under the conditions of facilities in southern Xinjiang,so as to provide scientific reference for cucumber production in southern Xinjiang.The experimental results are as follows:1.Grafting promotes cucumber growth and development.The grafted combination plant height,thick stem and leaf area of Hanyue and Jinzun as rootstocks were significantly higher than those of Jinxiutai rootstock and self-rooting seedlings.2.With the increase in the number of pickings,grafting promotes the gradual narrowing of the difference in the length and horizontal diameter of the melon.The largest and smallest difference between melon length and the first picking was 9.6cm,the second picking difference was 6.4 cm,and the third picking difference was 5.5 cm.The cross diameter was 8.50 mm in the first harvest,8.10 mm in the second harvest,and 7.38 mm in the third harvest3.There are differences between the yield of cucumbers from different grafting combinations and self-rooted seedlings.Xiasheng grafting and self-rooting seedling varieties,Xiasheng-Hanyue,Xiasheng-Jinxiutaimu,Xiasheng-Jinzun increased by 22.1%,19.1% and 32.2% compared with Xiasheng self-rooting seedlings.Jufeng No.8 grafting and self-rooting seedling varieties,Jufeng No.8-Hanyue,Jufeng No.8-Jinxiu Taimu,Jufeng No.8-Jinzun increased by 45.2%,21.0% and 41.5% compared with Jufeng No.8 self-rooted seedlings.Fuyang grafting combination and self-rooting seedling varieties,Fuyang-Hanyue,Fuyang-Jinxiutaimu,Fuyang-Jinzun increased by 14.8%,0.39% and 6.2% compared with Fuyang.The yield growth of grafted combination compared with self-root seedling varieties,and the yield of Fuyang-Hanyue combination compared with grafted and self-root seedling varieties were the highest.In the sensory evaluation of different grafting combinations and self-rooted seedling varieties,Fuyang Jinzun grafting combination scored the highest and tasted the best.4.The variation of daylight bonding rate varies from graft combination to self-rooting seedling varieties.Through the multiple regression equation and the diameter coefficient analysis,the determinants of the influence of grafting combination on Pn were Ci,gs,T,PAR,the photosynthetic rate was unipolar,the determinant of the influence of self-root seedling varieties on Pn was consistent as Tr,and the photosynthetic rate showed bimodal variation.5.Through the comprehensive evaluation of yield and quality through the multi-objective evaluation method,the first total score is the Fuyang-Hanyue grafting combination,the second is the Fuyang-Jinzun grafting combination,and the third is the Xiasheng-Jinzun grafting combination.The minimum total scores are Xia Sheng,Jufeng No.8 and Fuyang three self-rooted seedling varieties. |
