| The supervision system of grow seedlings and grafting environment based on ARM is modern grow seedlings and grafting system that combines the embedded ARM processors, which are responsible for capturing, controlling and transmitting, and embedded Linux OS, which manages the whole task of system. The system can change the environment parameters automatically without manual intervention. The system consists of central supervision module, capture and control module and wireless communication module, all of which are designed based on ARM processors that are low power and stable.The hardware design part consists of processor circuits and control circuits. Processor circuits consist of power supply circuit, crystal oscillator circuit, debug and download circuit and extern memory circuit. Control circuits consist of capture circuit for sensors, heating circuit and humidification circuit. DS18B20 and HS1101 are used as temperature sensor and humidity sensor. Carbon fiber and high-pressure shower are used as heating and humidification devices. The software design part consists of the transplantation of U-Boot, Linux kernel and Yaffs2 file system, Qt GUI, history database and auto-control software.The experimental grow seedling crops are hot pepper, chives, watermelon and white gourd. The experimental grafting crops are cucumber, watermelon, white gourd and tomato. The results show that the temperature and humidity can be controlled and kept separately when there are different crops in each floor, and the system can reach the expectant request and the environment parameters can be maintained in long-term. Error analysis shows that the error is in the range of designed precision when system works, and the system can be used widely in grow seedlings and grafting process. |
