Study On Propagation Technology Of Xinke 28 Pepper

Xinke 28 is a yellow green pepper with early maturity,concentrated fruit setting in the early stage,disease resistance and high yield,which meets the market demand.It has been widely popularized in Henan Province,which likes to eat yellow and green pepper.In order to meet the needs of production,it is necessary to improve the seed production level of Xinke 28 pepper.This experiment studied the selection of parent-based configuration proportion,different pollination methods and pollen viability in the process of breeding Xinke 28,so as to provide a feasible guiding method for the production of hybrid seeds of Xinke 28.The results are as follows:1.TTC method is better than in vitro germination method in determining pepper pollen viability.Both of them can be used to identify pepper pollen viability.Pepper pollen is very sensitive to high temperature.When dried in a drying oven at 30 ℃ for 6 hours,the pollen viability decreases to 13.4%.Low temperature drying conditions are conducive to the storage of pepper pollen.Low temperature 4 ℃ is the best method for short-term storage of pepper pollen.2.The experiment of Bumblebee pollination in the expansion of female parent of pepper shows that the fruit growth and development and seed production effect are better than artificial pollination and natural pollination,and bumblebee pollination can be further applied to the hybrid seed production of pepper.3.In the seed production process of ’Xinke 28’,when the parent-child allocation ratio is 1:3,the seed production yield reaches the highest level;The single fruit seed weight,1000 grain weight,single fruit weight,single fruit length and single fruit width were the highest,and the abnormal fruit rate was the lowest.4.’Xinke 28’ pepper is a pepper variety with low temperature and weak light resistance.According to the main cultivation methods of pepper in Henan Province,combined with the cultivation characteristics of ’Xinke 28’,the methods of greenhouse cultivation,greenhouse spring early maturing cultivation and plastic film mulching early maturing cultivation are adopted,and the plant row spacing is35 cm × 60 cm,planting about 3200 plants per mu can improve the seed production yield of ’Xinke 28’pepper.
