| Hazelnut is one of the woody oil crops in China.It is a very good economic forest tree species because of its good cold resistance and drought resistance.At present,the widely developed hazelnut varieties in China are hybrid hazelnut.The early planting technology and variety selection are based on Liaoning.In the process of introduction,it is found that the main varieties are withered and fallen,and the male flower sequence is opened in advance and the female flower period is not met.In order to improve the poor pollination in hazelnut garden,artificial assisted pollination is needed.The experimental varieties were selected: hazelnut,dawei 84-254,liaozhen7 82-11,liaozhen3 84-226,Pingou 21 B-21 and Yuzhui 84-310.The research on the cold demand,the characters before and after the hydroponication of male flowers,the changes of pollen viability under different cooling requirements,the differences of pollen viability,pollination mode,pollination parents and varieties with higher yield were studied.The results are as follows:1.under the natural conditions ≤ 7.2 ℃ and cold storage conditions of 0-7.2 ℃,the lowest cooling amount of male flower sequence scattered pollen is hazelnut and Davy,and the highest is jade drop.2.The male inflorescence characters of Corylus Heterophylla Fisch were different in different varieties.Before water culture,Corylus Heterophylla Fisch was the shortest2.3 cm,Dawei was the longest 5.5 cm,Pingou 21 was the thickest 5.2 mm;after water culture,Dawei was the longest 12.08 cm,and Corylus Heterophylla was the shortest5.59 cm,the highest elongation factor was 2.79 for Pingou 21,and Dawei had the highest pollen dispersal rate.3.The pollen viability of male inflorescence of different varieties was different,and it showed an increasing trend with the increase of chilling requirement,and gradually reached a stable value.Comparison of pollen viability under the same conditions: Pingou21(B-21)> Liaozhen 3(84-226)> Dawei(84-254)> Pingzhen >Liaozhen7(82-11)> Yuzhui(84-310).When the chilling requirement of male inflorescence reached 1344-1512,the viability of scattered pollen reached the peak and then began to decline.Pollen viability decreased gradually at 10 ℃ and decreased to 23.65% on the7 th day.4.Dawei is self compatibility was partial,and the fruiting rate was low.Yuzhui84-310 had high fruit setting rate and high yield.Liaozhen3 84-226 had lower fruit setting rate than other varieties. |
