In Xinjiang,a large amount of agricultural residual film is accumulated in the fields,forming serious secondary pollution.Moreover,the residual film after recycling has a high impurity rate,which is difficult to be processed and reused,which is not conducive to the sustainable development of agriculture.In order to solve the problem of high impurity rate of residual film after recycling,this paper studied the separation process of residual film and stubble under the action of high voltage static electricity,analyzed the application status and existing problems of high voltage static electricity,and designed a residual film and stubble separation device under the action of high voltage static electricity.Maxwell was used for electric field simulation,and the residual film was charged to test,and the surface charge distribution law of residual film was obtained.Using single factor and multifactor experimental design method for the separation test,separation rate as the index test residual film-residues separation device performance,determine the optimum separation conditions,provides the new technical support for the residual film recycling,help to solve the residual film impurity rate is high,the problem of processing and recycling,promoting agricultural film recycling of green sustainable development.This paper mainly studies the following contents:(1)By sampling in the field,the membrane hybrid mixture was pretreated,and the morphological distribution characteristics of the residue film-stubble mixture were obtained:The residual film areas less than 4 cm~2,[4,9]cm~2,[9,16]cm~2,[16,25]cm~2,[25,36]cm~2accounted for 8.71%,11.83%,27.01%,51.79%,0.67%,respectively,while the number of residual film areas greater than 36 cm~2was 0.The charge tests were carried out on the old and new mulching films respectively to analyze the residual film charge under different influencing factors.The overall rising trend of residual film charge was faster when the charge distance was 60-80 mm,and slower when the charge distance was 80-100 mm.When the residual film area is in the range of[0,9]cm~2,the residual film charge is small and unstable.When the residual film area is in the range of[9,25]cm~2,the residual film charge increases rapidly and is relatively stable.Although the residual film charge is stable when it is greater than 25 cm~2,it is not easy to be adsorbed.The results show that when the charged distance is 80 mm,the static voltage level is 55 k V and the residual film area is[16,25]cm~2,the charged effect is the best.(2)Maxwell software was used to analyze the electric field intensity and vector direction between the electrode plate and the separation roller.The results showed that:When the discharge of high voltage electrostatic generator is[50,60]k V,the distance between the separation roller and the electrode plate is[70,90]mm,the width of the electrode plate is 200 mm,and the thickness of the electrode plate is 20 mm,the electric field intensity and vector distribution between the electrode plate and the separation roller are uniform,and the static voltage distribution on the separation roller is relatively regular.(3)According to the residual film charge test and the simulation results of the electric field between the electrode plate and the separation roller,the structural parameters and operation parameters of the residual film-stubble separation device are determined,and the separation roller diameter is 496mm,the separation roller speed is[20,40]r/min,the length of the electrode plate is 400 mm,the width is 200 mm,and the thickness is 20 mm.The width of the conveyor belt is 400mm,for the design and manufacture of residual film-residue separation device.(4)An operation verification test was carried out on the residue membrane-stubble separation device.Single factor test and response surface test were used to explore the influence of four factors on the separation rate and determine the optimal separation parameters.The results showed that:The optimal separation parameters are as follows:The residual film adsorption rate is 90%,and the residual film and impurity separation rate are 78.03%.static voltage level+54.6 k V,distance between electrode plate and separation roller 78.8 mm,residual film area 21.75 cm~2,separation roller speed 31.30 r/min.
