Plastic film mulching technology is good economic benefits,and it is widely used in Xinjiang cotton cultivation.Due to the residual film recycling is incomplete and the destruction of the natural conditions of membrane,resulting in a large amount of residual film fragments into the soil.With the advancement of agricultural modernization,to solve "white pollution",improve the ecological environment of agricultural,advocacy green agriculture has become the inevitable trend of agricultural development.As a major cotton producing areas of Xinjiang,the residual status of membrane fouling and farmland ecological environment destruction become a problem to be solved in the agriculture modernization.In order to improve the recovery efficiency of farmland arable layer residual film,the object of research is the residual film and soil in farmland.First of all,according to the theory of electrostatic separation,it measured residual film and the dielectric constant of the soil.Then,the single factor experiment was carried out in laboratory conditions using homemade farmland residual film recycling equipment.Finally,the application of Matlab the measurement results are fitting and optimization,the orthogonal experiment was carried out,and influence the adsorption efficiency of the optimal parameters are obtained.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)In the test frequency range(1~1000 kHz),dried residue mulch relative dielectric constant is 1.0~1.3,dried soil relative dielectric constant of 3~4.Within the scope of the moisture content of experimental parameters(5%~25%),relative dielectric coefficient of soil is 20~40,and water cut of residual mulch relative dielectric constant of 2~4.Relative dielectric constant of aqueous soil relative dielectric constant increase faster than water residue mulch.By adopting the method of static adsorption separation of wet earth-wet film is better than dry soil-dry film effects from the theory.(2)In this paper,the main factors affecting the adsorption effect were measured through farmland residual film recycling equipment in high voltage electrostatic field.Using poor analysis and variance analysis,plate height is the highest impact on adsorption efficiency significantly,and Voltage and the soil moisture content is the second influence factors of adsorption,and the residual membrane area is the smallest factors affecting the adsorption efficiency.(3)Under the condition of high voltage electrostatic field,the orthogonal test is based on the residual film adsorption efficiency as objective function.It is concluded that the most efficient parameter combination for: plate height is 6cm,the residual film area is 25cm2,moisture content is 10%,high pressure plate voltage is-11.5kV.The optimized parameters combination can be for the future design of electrostatic adsorption residual film provides the theory basis for recycling machine.
