As plant-derived protein raw materials, soybean meal common used for feed animals. It has rich in crude protein, and diverse amino acid composition.Although it contains a lot of nutrients, however plenty of anti-nutritional factors still hinder the body’s absorption of nutrients, reduce the conversion rate of feed, and affect the growth performance of animals.Fermentation treatment can effectively reduce the content of anti-nutritional factors in soybean meal, and optimization of fermentation process can further reduce the content of anti-nutritional factors, also improve the utilization rate of protein. The thesis studies them to feed chicks for analyze the effects of bacterial and enzyme synergistic fermentation of soybean meal on chick growth performance, dietary nutrient metabolism rate, intestinal microbes, and immune indicators.Research methods: In this experiment,a total of 400 21-day-old Hylan the chicks were allocated according to the experimental setup of 2 treatment groups, two replicates per group, and 100 replicates each Control group: fed with conventional diet;experimental group: fed with supplemented microbial enzyme synergistically fermented soybean meal diet(basic diet added 5% enzyme microbial synergistic fermented soybean meal, while reducing 5% common soybean meal),the test period was 28 days.In the third week of the experiment(day 15-day 21),the nutrient metabolism rate was measured;after the test, the contents of ileum and cecum of chicks were taken to determine the intestinal microbial content;the experiment at the end of the second day,the chicks were fasted and venous blood was drawn to determine serum immune indexes.Research results: 1.Compared with the control group, the average daily feed intake did not change significantly(P>0.05),the average daily gain increased by 10.8%(P<0.05),and the feed-to-weight ratio decreased by 8.7%(P<0.05).2.In the third week of the experiment, the nutrient metabolism rates of dry matter and crude protein in the experimental group were increased by 4.0% and 7.4% compared with the control group,respectively(P<0.05).Other nutrient metabolism rates were higher than those in the control group, the difference was not significant(P>0.05).3.After the test, the intestinal microbial indicators of the two groups were measured and compared, and the results showed that the contents of Lactobacillus in ileum and cecum of chick were significantly increased by 8.4% and 4.4%(P< 0.05);and the contents of Scherichia coli in ileum and cecum of chick were significantly decreased by 12% and 10%,respectively(P< 0.05).4.After the test, the serum immune indexes of the chickens in the control group and the experimental group were compared in turn. The serum Ig A,Ig G,and Ig M contents of the chickens in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and Ig A and Ig G increased by 12% and16%,respectively(P<0.05).The research conclusion: The growth performance of chicks can be significantly improved by feeding soybean meal after mixed enzyme fermentation.Effectively improve the feed nutrient metabolic rate of chicks;Increase lactobacillus content in the intestinal tract of chicks to inhibit the growth of Escherichia coli and protect the intestinal tract health of chicks;Obviously improve the immune function of chicks.
