| This study aims to discuss fermented soybean meal large-scale production process of the main influence factors and process parameters, to determine the most appropriate fermentation soybean meal production conditions, as well as in animal feed through adding fermentation soybean meal instead of part of fish meal and whey powder animal-derived feed raw material experiment, determine the fermentation of soybean meal application value.Through comparing the different effect of fermentation process, determine the fermented soybean meal basic technical parameters for the best solution for strains: ratio of bacillus subtilis, wine yeast, lactic acid bacteria hybrid strains, add compared to bacillus subtilis1‰, wine yeast, lactic acid bacteria2‰1‰, protease add quantity of2‰; Mixed bacteria best activation time is0.5h, fermentation time for72h, temperature control in30℃, initial moisture content38%. On this condition of production of soybean meal fermentation physical and chemical indicators are as follows:moisture4.42%, crude protein51.86%, small peptide content20.25%, lactic acid content of3.74%. Pilot study shows that:turn into the fermentation material does not affect the final fermentation effect, tectorial membrane technology can make the fermented soybean meal of lactic acid content increased, the optimal process conditions of fermentation soybean meal trial physical and chemical indicators are as follows:moisture8.9%, crude protein52.44%, lactic acid content of3.15%, small peptide15.25%, bad oligosaccharides and antigen degradation is effective.Using self-made fermented soybean meal replacement part of fish meal and whey powder was Suckling pig animal test, the results showed that:fermentation soybean meal group of feed conversion ratio and feed intake is better than standard group, the fermented soybean meal replacement part of fish meal and whey powder has can satisfy the pig growth nutritional requirements and price advantage sex. |
