With the development of social economy,the traditional coal,petroleum,natural gas and other fossil fuels has been unable to meet the requirements of human development,in order to avoid the energy crisis and environmental pollution,need to develop new renewable energy.Giant JunCao as a new biological energy,can be used instead of woody plants,making culture medium of edible fungi feeding livestock and producing biogas.Its stem is thick,root is developed,the vertical growth,rich in sugar and protein,it’s also a new type of efficient economic crops.With the introduction and giant JunCao planted in large area,how to reasonable harvesting giant JunCao become the primary problem.At this stage,due to the different terrain and harvest,harvest giant JunCao machine is divided into two kinds of models.Giant JunCao large harvester can be roughly divided into full mechanization and semi mechanization of two categories,semi mechanized harvesting machine is composed of two units for harvesting and peeling machine,artificial feeding,bundling,cleaning and other processes.Mechanization combined harvester complete harvest,leaf stripping,binding,cleaning and other processes.Because of the terrain,the large giant JunCao harvester suitable for the ground,harvesting machine is easy to damage on the slope,giant JunCao broken rate increased,and the large harvester on the slope is difficult to operate,and the small harvester is poor flexibility and less function.According to that,need research a kind of harvest and operational flexibility can adapt to the mountain giant JunCao small harvester.Small giant JunCao harvester research to realize the function of the giant JunCao reaping and binding,the main content of this design is based on the surface,designing reaping and binding device.For designing the work device,need to know the giant JunCao biological properties and the characteristics of the existing mechanical harvest,virtual prototype technology was proposed for design work.First using SolidWorks to design and assembly working device,with ANSYS software analysis,the mechanical properties of binder important parts,to provide theoretical design foundation,finally through the ADAMS to design the working device on the simulation analysis of the movement the rationality of the authentication institutions,in the case of virtual design reasonable optimize the working device,determine the structure of binder device,as the basis of the physical prototype.Improvement of working device on the small giant JunCao binder,not only improves the machine operation flexibility,but also enhance the efficiency of harvesting giant JunCao,can reduce labor input,increase the income of farmers. |
