| The purpose of this experiment is to explore the effects of earthworm fermentation broth on the production performance,egg quality and lipid-related indexes of Kangle yellow chicken.The experiment will randomly select 160 Kangle yellow chicken eggs in good health and similar body weights and divide them into four groups,with 4 replicates in each group and 10 chickens in each replicate.The experimental groupings are as follows: Experiment group I is the control group,feeding basis Diet;Test group II was the basic diet with 0.5% earthworm fermentation broth,test group III was the basic diet with 1.0% earthworm fermentation broth,and test group IV was the basic diet with 1.5%earthworm fermentation broth.The test results are as follows:(1)With the increase in the proportion of earthworm fermentation broth,compared with test group Ⅰ,earthworm fermentation broth had no significant effect on the egg production rate and egg breakage rate of Kangle yellow chickens(P>0.05);test group Ⅱ,test The average daily feed intake and average egg weight of group III and group IV were increased,and there was a significant difference(P<0.05);while the feed-to-egg ratio of group II,group III,and group IV increased,But there is no significant difference(P>0.05).(2)With the increase in the proportion of earthworm fermentation broth,the eggshell thickness of test group II,test group III,and test group IV increased significantly(P<0.05);however,the egg shell thickness of test group II,test group III,and test group IV increased significantly(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in weight,egg yolk relative weight,egg yolk relative weight,egg shape index,Hastelloy unit,egg shell strength,egg shell weight,egg shell relative weight,and egg yolk color(P>0.05).(3)With the increase in the proportion of earthworm fermentation broth,in addition to the thickness of intermuscular fat,the subcutaneous fat thickness,breast muscle crude fat content,leg muscle crude fat content,liver crude fat content,and abdominal fat rate were significantly higher in test group III.Test group I(P<0.05).(4)With the increase in the proportion of earthworm fermentation broth,the blood sugar of test group III was higher than that of other test groups,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05);the content of triglyceride and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol was significantly higher than other tests Group(P<0.05);total cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol were significantly lower than other test groups(P<0.05).(5)Compared with other test groups,with the increase in the proportion of earthworm fermentation broth,the egg yolk cholesterol,whole egg cholesterol and liver cholesterol of test group III were significantly reduced(P<0.05),but the cholesterol content in feces was significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion: From the above test results,it can be seen that the earthworm fermentation broth has different effects on the production performance,egg quality and lipid indexes of Kangle yellow chickens.Among them,the addition of 1.0% earthworm fermentation broth to the basic diet is the most important Best addition ratio. |
