| Cucumber is one of the main crops cultivated in facility in Guantao area.It has high economic benefits and is deeply loved by growers and consumers.In recent years,the cucumber planting area in Guantao area has reached 7486.7 hm2,with more than 1,000 greenhouses,which has a strong advantage in cucumber cultivation.However,there are problems such as single variety and poor stress resistance,which seriously hinder the development of the local cucumber industry.In this experiment,a randomized block design was used to analyze the agronomic traits,commercial properties,disease resistance,quality,yield,and photosynthetic fluorescence parameters of 10 dense thorn cucumbers and 6 Laoting white cucumbers,and screen out the suitable Guantao area The climatic conditions and cultivation modes,and two good varieties that meet the needs of consumers,provide theoretical basis for large-scale demonstration and promotion.The main findings are as follows:1.Comparison test of overwintering cucumber crops in different facilitiesA comparative analysis of cucumber agronomic traits and yields found that the densely thorny cucumber varieties ‘20C18’,‘Zhaomei 1’ and the Laoting white cucumber varieties ‘LT20SC06’ and ‘LT20SC01’ had better comprehensive growth.The disease resistance analysis of downy mildew found that dense thorn cucumber varieties ‘18Y15’,‘18Y17’ and Laoting white cucumber varieties ‘CK1’ and ‘LT20SC08’had better disease resistance.Analysis of the four quality indicators of soluble sugar,soluble protein,vitamin C,and nitrate found that there are certain differences in the quality of different cucumber varieties.The densely thorny cucumber varieties with better nutritional quality are’CK2’,’18Y24’,and’Derui’ Te 360’,Laoting white cucumber variety is’ LT20SC08’.Analysis of photosynthetic parameters found that the densely thorny cucumber varieties ‘good 1’ and ‘18Y24’ and the white cucumber cultivars ‘CK1’ and ‘LT 20SC06’had better photosynthesis capabilities.The analysis of the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters showed that the four cultivars of densely thorny cucumber cultivars ‘Jianxin1’,‘Deruite 360’ and Laoting’s white cucumber cultivars ‘CK1’ and ‘LT20SC01’ had better light energy utilization efficiency.2.Variety screeningPrincipal component analysis was carried out on the experimental data of different dense thorn cucumber varieties and different white cucumber varieties.According to the principle that the cumulative contribution rate was greater than 85%,five principal component factors were extracted for each index of dense thorn cucumber varieties,and according to the rotating component matrix and correlation The sex matrix extracts six more important indicators in the feature vector,namely: actual photochemical efficiency,intercellular CO2 concentration,soluble protein,yield,plant height and light energy capture efficiency,comprehensive evaluation using fuzzy membership function method,densely thorn cucumber The variety’Deruite 360’ has the highest comprehensive evaluation value,followed by ’20C18’ and’Bomei 170’.Extracting 3 principal component factors for each index of Laoting white cucumber,and according to the correlation matrix and comprehensive production needs,screening out 6 main indexes: relative electron transfer rate,water use efficiency,yield,nitrate,stem thickness,solubility For protein,the membership function method was used for comprehensive evaluation.The highest comprehensive evaluation value of Laoting White Cucumber was’ LT20SC06’,followed by’LT20SC08’ and’CK1’.Integrating the agronomic traits,commercial traits,disease resistance,yield,quality and photosynthetic fluorescence parameters of various cucumber varieties,and according to the actual needs of production,the dense thorn cucumber varieties were selected:’20C18’,’Excellent 1’,white cucumber varieties: ’LT20SC06’ and ’LT20SC08’,4 varieties have excellent comprehensive performance,which can be used as popular varieties for protected cultivation in winter. |
