Novel coronavirus pneumonia swept the world from 2019 to 2020,China has been shown great power to take on the responsibility.At the same time,traditional Chinese medicine has also been demonstrated its unique advantages and contributed an important force on fight against novel crown pneumonia.The development of traditional Chinese medicine will shine in this era.The planting of traditional Chinese medicine is the foundation of the development of traditional Chinese Medicine,while the prevention and control of diseases and pests is an important part of the traditional Chinese medicine planting.Scientific methods of diseases and pest control can reduce or avoid pesticide residues and improve the quality.Iron stick yam and Pinellia ternata are traditional Chinese medicine,whose medicinal parts are tubers.Root knot nematode is the most common disease in the planting process of Iron stick yam,and it is also the main culprit affecting the yield and quality of Chinese yam.With the increase of cropping years and planting area,the root knot nematode is increasing year by year,which seriously restricts the development of this industry.The soft rot disease of Pinellia ternate can transmit through seed and soil.Once transmission the spread is extremely rapid,it can lead to severe reduction of production even no harvest,which also restricts the development of Pinellia industry.The full name of BeMMO/G system is a whole process organic/green planting system driven by beneficial microorganisms.A set of green control system,developed and integrated by the biotic pesticide and green plant protection laboratory of Nanjing Agricultural University,has achieved remarkable results in more than 60 crops,including rice,strawberry,watermelon,tomato and pepper.The system started from soil testing and applied fertilizer according to the needs;improved soil by different agricultural measures;Ningdun,Empedobacter brevis,Metarhizium and other microbial agents are used to control diseases and insect pests.It is called BeMMG system when low toxic chemical pesticides are used in the system;After harvest,soil test and crop quality test were carried out again to verify the effect of the system on soil improvement and fruit quality improvement;Finally,the economic benefits of the system are calculated and comparing with the fields without using the system,and farmers are authorized to use "BeMMO" or "BeMMG" trademark and then assist them in marketing.BeMMG system conform to the specified in national green standard,and BeMMO system meets the national organic standard.Compared with other crops,green prevention and control of traditional Chinese medicine develops slowly.BeMMO and BeMMG system are a set of perfect green control system,and have achieved remarkable results in other crops.In this paper,the BeMMO system was used in Iron stick yam planting,which improve the planting soil and the quality of Iron stick yam.The relative control effect of Meloidogyne incognita was 98.6%,and the final economic income per mu was 34200 yuan.The BeMMG system was used in Pinellia ternata planting,which improve the planting soil and the quality of Pinellia ternata.The relative control effect of Pinellia ternate soft rot reached 92.3%,and the final economic income per mu increased 3600 yuan.The successful application and promotion of BeMMO and BeMMG system in Iron stick yam and Pinellia ternata provide ideas for the green development of traditional Chinese medicine planting.At the same time,the promotion of green prevention and control of traditional Chinese medicine is accelerated,which is conducive to the high-quality development of traditional Chinese medicine and will also lay a foundation for the development of traditional Chinese medicine culture in the world.
