| Fragrant pear(Pyrus sinkiangensis Yu)is an important tree species of Rosaceae, which is endemic to China. It mainly grows in the western region of China.Among them,Korla fragrant pear is the most famous.Forest inter planting is an effective way to improve the utilization rate of land, the study to investigated the feasibility of forage production by inter planting in Korla pear orchard around the Tarim Basin of Xinjiang and scientificly evaluated the composite impact of forage grass inter planting system on the orchard.Progressing research after inter planting Sudan grass and Alfalfa in fragrant pear orchards, preliminary analysis of different forage inter planting impact on aboveground and underground biomass of forage, soil nutrients, fruit yield and quality of the pear orchard. The main results were as follows:(1)When Alfalfa or Sudan grass is inter planted under the Korla pear orchard,it can be mowed three times a year. The hay yield of Alfalfa and Sudan grass at 1.5 m-2.5 m from the trunk was 1.60 kg/m2 and 2.25 kg/m2,respectively.Forage yield is reduced by the shadow of fruit trees at 0.5 m-1.5 m away from the trunk, the hay yield is about half of distance from trunk 1.5 m-2.5 m.(2)Compared with clean tillage management, inter planting Alfalfa can increased the content of organic matter, available N of in 0-60 cm,but no significantly(P>0.05).When inter planting Sudan grass,Soil organic matter and total N content at 1.5 m-2.5 m from the trunk was significantly less than that at 0.5 m-1.5 m from the trunk soil of 0-20 cm(P<0.05).Soil hydrolyzable nitrogen at 1.5 m-2.5 m from the trunk was significantly higher(P<0.05),soil available P higher, but no significantly(P>0.05)than that at 0.5 m-1.5 m from the trunk soil of 40-60 cm.(3)In the 0-90 cm soil layers of soil available Te,available Cu in the inter planting Alfalfa significantly increased was higher than clean tillage(P<0.05).The content of part microelement in orchard soil was improved by inter planting Alfalfa.(4)The underground biomass of Alfalfa in 0-30 cm soil layer at 1.5 m-2.5 m from the trunk was higher than that at 0.5 m-1.5 m from the trunk, which was 90.96 g.The underground biomass of Sudangrass in 0-20 cm soil layer accounts for 65%-82%of the whole soil layer, and the underground biomass at 1.5 m-2.5 m from the trunk was 2.63 times as much as that at 0.5 m-1.5 m from the trunk.(5)After inter planting with Alfalfa or Sudan grass, there were no significant differences in fruit weight, fruit yield, soluble sugar and soluble solids between Korla pear and the cultivated land(P>0.05).It was considered that the inter planting of forage had no negative impact on the yield and quality of Korla pear, but the most important is the choice of forage grass. |
