| The abundant wild medicinal plant resources in Altay area are the material basis for the research and development of Xinjiang medicine with unique characteristics,and have important value of species protection,education,science popularization and domestication.At present,most of the medicinal plant databases focus on the traditional relational databases to store the attributes of medicinal plants,such as texts,pictures,etc.However,there is a lack of space-time distribution of medicinal plants,the scope and characteristics of the expression,and the lack of description of the characteristics of space-time changes in the growth environment of medicinal plants,which is not conducive to medicinal plant resources.Further studies on source growth and distribution are not conducive to the protection,recovery and utilization of wild medicinal plants.Spatio-temporal database of wild medicinal plant resources is constructed based on GIS spatio-temporal data model to realize the integrated organization and management of resources data,which can provide important support for the analysis,evaluation and Simulation of wild medicinal plant resources.This paper integrates the spatial-temporal data of wild medicinal plant resources in Altay area by using GIS and RS technology.Based on the idea of ground-state modified spatial-temporal data modeling and Geodatabase data model,a spatial-temporal database of wild medicinal plant resources is designed and constructed.The spatial-temporal data of wild medicinal plant resources is realized by using component GIS development model.Then the suitability of Paeonia lactiflora,one of the typical medicinal plants in Altay,was analyzed by using GIS spatial analysis method.The main research results are as follows:(1)Collecting and digitizing the paper data of wild medicinal plant resources in Altay area,obtaining and processing the basic geographic data,meteorological environment data,soil type distribution data,vegetation distribution data,water resources data,DEM data,remote sensing image data and other background data of wild medicinal plant resources in Altay area.Source:Based on the pretreatment of 4 temporal remote sensing image data in 2000,2005,2010 and 2015,NDVI pixel binary linear model estimation method was used to extract the spatial and temporal data of vegetation coverage in Altay area.Based on monthly meteorological monitoring data,the spatial interpolation algorithm was used to generate the multi-year meteorological space-time in Altay area.Data.Based on the characteristics of wild medicinal plant resources data,a space-time database structure was designed by using the ground-state updating model.The Geodatabase model was used to store and manage the space-time data of wild medicinal plant resources efficiently.(2)Based on the spatial-temporal database of wild medicinal plant resources in Altay area,the spatial-temporal information management system of wild medicinal plant resources in Altay area was constructed by using Arc Engine component and C#programming language with the idea of component-based GIS design.The system can manage and apply spatial-temporal data resources efficiently in visual graphical interface.(3)Making full use of spatial and temporal data resources of wild medicinal plants in Altay area,based on the principle of Suitability Regionalization of wild medicinal plant resources,the ecological evaluation index system of medicinal plants constructed by analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and the spatial analysis module of GIS were used to extract Paeonia lactiflora from Xinjiang,a typical wild medicinal plant resource in Altay area.The results are as follows:Paeonia lactiflora in Altay region mainly distributes in Bojin County,Haba River,Jimunai River and Qinghe River,and the longitude of distribution ranges from 88.13 degrees east longitude to 47.85 degrees north latitude.The annual average temperature in the distribution area ranges from 5 to-6 degrees,and the average precipitation is 120 mm. |
