In this paper, based on the function of Arcinfo spatial analysis, DEM model,landscape, environmental value and precipitation geostatistical rule in Xinjiang were analyzed, and the characteristic of the vegetation and the change during the past 30 years was explored. The paper include the following:1. Forestry and environmental spatial database of Fukang Xinjiang The construction of forest resource and environment spatial database was the base of spatial analysis. The integrative forest classification maps and their attribute database (including the forest and environment independent variable set) were established with remote sensing images and relief maps. To improve the precision of classification of TM RS images, some methods, including PCA analysis, reducing noise, destriping Tm data and natural color transformation were conducted, and then the supervised classified and manual read were adopted to realize the combine of polygon theme and other line themes by using R2V, ERDAS, Arcview and Arcinfo software. The paper successfully constructed the western of China forest resource and environmental spatial database, also analyzed the dynamics in Fukang Northern Xinjiang region forestry resources.2 Digital Elevation Model of Fukang Xinjiang and its gross error detection and analysisTo constructed the accurate ecology modeling, it is crucial to simulate and extract terrain character of the interested area. Based on forest resource and environmental database, Fukang Xinjiang digital elevation model were constructed with Arcinfo and Erdas at the scale of 50000 meter. The vertical distribution of forest vegetation can be analyzed by extracting terrain elevation, slope and aspect. The precision of Fukang digital elevation model was analyzed by DEM gross error.3 Change of landscape pattern in Fukang XinjiangVegetation landscape maps of three period in Fukang Xingjiang were worked out with landscape software, based on the 1977, 1987, 1999 forest resource and environmental database. Firstly, during this period, patch number decreased and patch average area increased in the study area. The unevenness of landscape area among various landscapetypes, and landscape area congregated to several more common. These results suggest that whole area landscape type was enlarged, trends to simplify. Secondly, plantation distribution shown the trendency of fragmentation, with decreasing patch average area and scattering patches. This illustrated much more economic activity in this region. Thirdly, the distribution of natural forest is dwindling, the coverage of water area is increasing and the coverage of glacier and permanent snow is decreasing.4 Study on Fukang Xinjiang forest ecological benefitsCondsidering 12 kinds of forest ecological benefits independence dependent variables and different independent variable set, intruduced multi to multi and integer consistent general linear model based on definition of general forest ecological benefit. Through 12 forest ecological benefits resource background "effect area coefficient" and "market approximating coefficient", valuated two period forest ecology benefits of Xinjiang Fukang. The result as follows: Forest benefits monetary is 906738 thousand yuan in 1987 and 841344 thousand yuan in 1999 respectively in Fukang Xinjiang, shown decreased trendency.5 Spatial distribution precipitation rule in Xinjiang based on meteorological station dataSupported by Xinjiang meteorological information spatial database, finished the precipitation spatial distribution map in 2000 was finished with ARCG1S geo-statistical module. The surface model was built and the spatial distribution precipitation value was simulated. The present paper also analyses the temporal and spatial changes of average precipitation over many years by three methods (inverse distance method, general kring method, cokring method ).
