As a major cotton spinning country,China has a great demand for cotton.Xinjiang is an important cotton-producing area in China.With the continuous development of modern agriculture in the direction of mechanization,automation and intelligence that most cotton areas in Xinjiang have realized mechanical cotton picking.However,there are many impurities and microorganisms in the machine-picked cotton stack,and the moisture content is high,which can easily cause the machine-picked cotton stack to mildew or even smoldering.The process of urbanization has caused cities to attract a large number of young people to leave the countryside,which has led to a decrease in the rural working-age population.If the inside of the machinepicked cotton stack is mildewed,and the care is not timely and in place,it will cause great economic losses to farmers.In this paper,it is aimed at the two major problems of easy mildew inside the machine-picked cotton stack and omissions in manual care,research and design a machine-picked cotton stack environmental information monitoring and early warning system based on the Io T technology.The main contents of the paper are as follows:(1)Introduction to the current situation of Xinjiang mechanically picked cotton storage and the factors affecting cotton storage;expounds the construction of the monitoring model and the implementation of the system.The overall plan design of the environmental information monitoring and early warning system for machine-picked cotton stacks was carried out.(2)In the design of the system hardware,research work was carried out on the device selection of the monitoring system,the power supply scheme of the node and the overall circuit design.(3)In the design of the system software,the ZigBee network construction,monitoring and early warning system work process was introduced and explained,and PC and Android mobile phone software was designed.The system designed in this paper has been tested and applied in the field of the crops of the First Division of Agriculture in Alxa of Xin Jiang.The experimental results show that the data of Moisture analyzer and thermometer,the early warning information is timely and accurate,and it is very convenient,real-time,and easy to use.The great improvement positive significance is the intelligent monitoring and prevention of machine-picked cotton stack mildew. |
