Modern business owners and actual managers do not pursue exactly the same goals.The owners of enterprises seek the maximization of enterprise value while the managers of enterprises pay more attention to the maximization of personal value.In order to make the actual managers seeking personal interests at the same time,not to damage the interests of the company's behavior,fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff,the formation of reasonable framework,the value of good effective combination of the interests of the company,shareholders,and other managers,the goal is consistent,both sides mutual concerns of the company's long-term and healthy development,equity incentive.With the advancement of national policies,equity incentive system has become a means for more and more enterprises to stabilize internal management and attract talents.However,due to the differences in content of equity incentive methods developed by different enterprises,the implementation effect is not the same.Therefore,it is necessary to study the specific company's equity incentive plan to provide reference for the company planning to implement the equity incentive plan.Yisheng Stock has implemented equity incentive measures twice.Therefore,literature research,case analysis and event study were adopted to analyze the implementation of equity incentive measures from three aspects: financial effect,nonfinancial effect and short-term market response.The results show that the implementation of two equity incentive measures can promote the financial performance of prebiotic shares.In terms of non-financial effects,it can improve the loyalty of senior executives,the quality of personnel and the R&D and innovation ability of the enterprise.In the short-term market reaction,the change of stock prices is not optimistic,investors are not active in equity incentive,indicating that equity incentive plan has some problems.Through the analysis of equity incentive of probiotic shares,it is found that the choice of equity incentive mode of probiotic shares is more appropriate,and the number of options granted is gradually increasing.However,the equity incentive plan of probiotics shares also has some shortcomings,such as unscientific exercise conditions and incomplete performance evaluation indicators.This will cause the incentive object to lose the enthusiasm of work,thus producing inefficient or even ineffective incentive effect.Therefore,aiming at the problems existing in the equity incentive of Yisheng Stock,this paper puts forward targeted suggestions,hoping to provide reference for Yisheng Stock to continue to launch equity incentive plans in the future,and also provide inspiration for other companies to implement equity incentive.
