Analysis And Countermeasure Research Of Agricultural Ecological Efficiency In Weichang County Of Chengde City

With the introduction of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integrated development strategy,Chengde City and its surrounding areas have ushered in an important opportunity for economic development.Exploring a development method that balances ecological security and economic development is of vital importance to this region.Nearly half of Chengde’s labor force is engaged in agriculture and related industries.In the past,petroleum agriculture greatly increased the regional agricultural output,but the low utilization rate of agricultural resources and widespread agricultural pollution affected the sustainable development of the region,and the optimization of the agricultural industry structure was urgent.Because the calculation results of agricultural ecological efficiency can provide a reference for the sustainable development of agriculture.Therefore,this study took Weichang County of Chengde City as the starting point,and included Weichang County and surrounding county-level units for the analysis of agricultural ecological efficiency.Based on the official statistics of 2008-2018,it is based on theories of ecological economics,low-carbon economics and sustainable development.First of all,this study uses the Max DEA software to analyze the agricultural ecological efficiency using the super-efficiency SBM model.Secondly,it takes agricultural pure technical efficiency,scale efficiency,and traditional agricultural production efficiency as the research objects,and uses Stat software combined with the hybrid Tobit model to perform factor analysis.The relevant results show that in the same year,the traditional agricultural production efficiency(not considering the undesired output)is higher than the agricultural ecological efficiency(taking the undesired output).Input redundancy and undesired output redundancy are the main reasons for the loss of agricultural eco-efficiency.Population urbanization rate,urban and rural income,per capita electricity consumption,and planting industry structure have a significant impact on the efficiency of agricultural ecology.Finally,based on the calculation results and analysis,suggestions are made on improving the agricultural ecological efficiency of the region.At the same time,this research can realize the "point-to-surface" mapping,and provide reference for the optimization of agricultural industry in counties with similar county conditions.
