Research On The Relationship Between Cultivated Land Use Efficiency And Cultivated Land Ecological Security At County Scale In Hebei Province

With the rapid development of China's economy and the acceleration of the pace of urbanization,promoting the prosperity and development of all walks of life in the society,agriculture,as an important part of the national economy,has also been rapid development.However,with the extensive development mode and unreasonable use of cultivated land,the contradiction between man and land is becoming increasingly prominent.While people have obtained economic benefits in the development of cultivated land resources,the deterioration of the ecological environment of the whole cultivated land follows.As the ecological barrier of Beijing and Tianjin,Hebei Province is of great significance to ensure food output and maintain a good ecological environment.Therefore,taking Hebei Province as the research object,this paper studies the coupling and coordination of cultivated land use efficiency,cultivated land ecological security and their relationship in Hebei Province,so as to provide scientific guidance and decision-making basis for improving the cultivated land use efficiency and promoting the healthy development of environment in Hebei Province.In this paper,firstly,SBM model considering unexpected output is introduced to calculate the cultivated land use efficiency of Hebei Province at four time nodes from2000 to 2015.With the help of Arc GIS and exploratory spatial data analysis method,the change of cultivated land use efficiency in Hebei Province is analyzed in time and space.Then,the cultivated land ecological security in Hebei Province is established by using DPSIR model The comprehensive index method is used to determine the comprehensive index of cultivated land ecological security in Hebei Province.Finally,the coupling coordination between cultivated land use efficiency and cultivated land ecological security is analyzed according to the coupling coordination model.On this basis,scientific guidance is provided for improving the utilization efficiency of cultivated land and improving the ecological security of cultivated land.(1)The results show that: the average cultivated land use efficiency of Hebei Province in 2000,2005,2010 and 2015 were 0.8856,0.9274,0.9456 and 0.9521 respectively,showing an overall upward trend.In terms of different regions in Hebei Province,the order of cultivated land use efficiency is as follows: Northern Hebei >Eastern Hebei > Southern Hebei > Central Hebei.The speed and range of improvement of cultivated land use efficiency among different regions are different,which makes great differences among districts,counties and cities.(2)According to the calculation results of cultivated land ecological security,the comprehensive index of cultivated land ecological security in all districts and cities of Hebei Province is not high,and there is certain room for improvement.According to the comprehensive index classification,most areas of Hebei Province belong to relatively unsafe and critical safety areas.(3)According to the coupling degree and coordination degree of cultivated land use efficiency and cultivated land ecological security in Hebei Province,the results show that in the study period,most of the counties and cities in Hebei Province are in the running in stage,a small part are in the antagonistic stage,and the changes are relatively stable in the study period;most of the coordination degrees are in the state of barely coordinated and on the verge of coordination,and are in the primary coordination state There are few counties and cities.(4)According to the actual situation of Hebei Province,this paper puts forward feasible suggestions and measures to achieve the purpose of coordinating the improvement of cultivated land utilization efficiency and maintaining a higher level of cultivated land ecological security in the process of cultivated land utilization.
