This experiment was to investigate the effects of Oligosaccharide trace mineral chelates(OTMC)for different content of inorganic trace minerals(IOTM)in corn-soybearl diets on the growth performance, blood biochemical index, dietary nutrient utilization rate and Immune performance for yellow-feathered broiler broilers. Two hundred and fourty 14d±1 days chickens(female)were randomly divided into 4 groups each with 6 replications and 10 per replicate. The test period was 63 days.Group I was the control group, fed with basal diet + 100%inorganic trace elements,II,III and IV groups were fed basal diet + 100%oligosaccharide complex trace elements(OMTC),basal diet + 75%OMTC,Basal diet + 50%OMTC.:The results of experiments show that:(1)Production performance:Compared with the control group(group Ⅰ),the average daily gain of group Ⅱ,group Ⅲ and group IV were 7.42%(P>0.05),7.75%(P>0.05),7.47%0.05).The weight gain rate(F/G)of group II and group III decreased significantly by 4.34%(P<0.05)and 4.13%(P<0.05),respectively.Compared with the control group, the metabolic rate of phosphorus in group II,group III and group IV was 9.65%,9.88%and 1.13%higher than that in control group, and the highest in experimental group III;The apparent metabolic rate of Ca(Ca)increased by 13.51%,7.55%and 11.38%;The experimental group III was significantly higher than that in the control group(group Ⅰ)(P<0.05).(2)Slaughter performance and muscle quality:Compared with the control group, the half-load rate(EYG)and the whole net load(EYP)of the experimental group Ⅱ were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the hydraulic capacity of the pectoral muscle of group Ⅱ,group Ⅲ and group Ⅳ increased by 11.66%,17.79%and 22.9%respectively.There were significant differences in the tenderness of the thoracic spine between group Ⅱ,group Ⅲ and group IV(P<0.05).(3)Serum biochemical indexes and immune organ index:Compared with the control group, the total protein content in the experimental group Ⅱ and group Ⅲwas significantly different, which was 8.36%and 9.35%respectively.The content of globulin in group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ was higher than that in control group, and the content of 75%oligosaccharide complex was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The levels of alkaline phosphatase in test group Ⅱ,group Ⅲ and group Ⅳwere increased by 12.27%,1.26%and 5.55%compared with the control group. There were significant differences in spleen absolute weight and spleen index between the experimental group Ⅲ and the group Ⅳ compared with the control group(P<0.05).(4)Trace elements:the use of oligosaccharide complex trace elements instead of yellow feather broiler diets in the inorganic trace elements, can significantly reduce chicken manure copper, iron, manganese content;Compared with the control group, the content of copper in test group Ⅲ and group IV decreased significantly by 38.93%(P<0.05)and 14.82%(P<0.05).The contents of iron in the group Ⅱ,Ⅲ and IV were decreased by 19.7%(P<0.05),23.46%(P<0.05)and 14.57%,respectively.The content of manganese in the experimental group III and IV was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05)and 9.74%(P<0.05).The addition of oligosaccharides to the trace elements in the yellow feather broiler can improve the deposition of zinc, iron and manganese in the chest muscle, and the content of copper in the feces is significantly reduced. The content of zinc in test group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ was significantly increased by 37.52%(P<0.05)and 29.25%(P<0.05).The content of copper in test group Ⅲ and group IV decreased by 10.98%(P<0.05)and 9.64%(P<0.05),respectively.The addition of oligosaccharides to the trace elements in the yellow feather broiler can increase the deposition of Cu,Zn,Fe and Mn in the liver.Compared with the control group, the content of copper in test group Ⅲ and group IV was significantly increased by 28.38%(P<0.05)and 19.13%(P<0.05).The contents of iron in the group Ⅱ and Ⅲ were increased by 17.67%(P<0.05)and 15.57%(P<0.05),respectively.The addition of oligosaccharides to the trace elements in the yellow feather broiler can increase the amount of Zn and Fe in the serum.Compared with the control group, the content of iron in the experimental group Ⅱ was significantly different(P<0.05),which was 17.67%(P<0.05)and 15.57%(P<0.05),respectively.The content of zinc in test group Ⅱ,group Ⅲ and group IV increased by 7.16%,11.9607%and 8.82%compared with the control group. In summary, oligosaccharide complexed trace elements instead of yellow feather broiler diets in some of the inorganic trace elements can increase the average daily gain of yellow feather broiler to reduce the weight loss ratio of yellow feather broiler; Can effectively improve the crude protein, total phosphorus apparent metabolic rate; Can significantly improve the quality of yellow feather chicken chicken and chest muscle protein content;Which can improve the activity of TP and GIO in broiler serum and the activity of ALP and LDH,and promote the growth of immune organs in yellow feather broiler, and improve the immune organ index to a certain extent;improve the chest muscle, liver and Serum part of the trace element content, and to a certain extent, reduce fecal excretion of trace elements, reducing the harm to the environment.
