| Fermented feed is a kind of full-price feed that makes use of some probiotics and plant materials in the feed after fermentation,so that there is a certain amount of probiotics and their metabolites in the feed and retains the original nutrition of the feed.This test of 48 head weight for the 90 ±2.3 kg Duroc× long × big castration boar,and randomly divided into 2 groups,each group of eight repeat,every repeat 3 head,column feeding based diet(control group)with full fermentation materials(experimental group),such weight 130 kg,from each repeated heavy pick a head of pig slaughtering sampling test,measure its growth performance,carcass traits and meat quality,at the same time,application of Real-time q PCR and WB fleshy related gene expression detection,to obtain the following results:1.Compared with the control group,the average daily weight gain(ADG)and average daily food intake(ADFI)in the experimental group were increased,but there was no significant difference(P > 0.05).2.Compared with the control group,the backfat thickness at the last rib of the experimental group was significantly reduced(P < 0.05),and there was a tendency to increase the eye muscle area.3.Compared with the control group,the shear force and pH value at 48 h after slaughter significantly decreased in the test group(P < 0.01).Drip loss was reduced in the test group 48 h after slaughter(P < 0.05).4.MRNA expression levels of key genes in fat production(FASN,PPAR,DAGT2,hnf-4)were significantly up-regulated(P < 0.01,P < 0.05,P < 0.01,P <0.05).5.Compared with the control group,the expression of important gene MyoD related to protein deposition was significantly increased in the test group(P < 0.01),and the expression of MAFbx mRNA positively correlated with protein hydrolysis was significantly decreased in the test group(P < 0.05).6.Compared with the control group,the phosphorylation levels of AKT,mTOR,s6k1 and 4EBP1 were significantly up-regulated in the experimental group(P< 0.05,P< 0.05,P< 0.01 and P< 0.05).In summary,compound probiotic fermented feed can improve the health of fattening pigs,significantly improve their growth performance and reduce feeding costs.The compound probiotic fermentation diet significantly improved the meat sensory quality of fattening pigs,increased the expression level of important gene related to protein deposition,and significantly decreased the expression level of MAFbx mRNA positively related to protein hydrolysis,thus improving the quality of fattening pigs.The above research results provide experimental basis for the breeding and management of probiotic compound fermentation feed pigs in commercial pig farms. |
