On application of micro encapsulated probiotics in animal production there arc many reports, but generally are not coated probiotics. These kind of probiotics is difficult to reach bred pigs’intestines, or perform much less effectively. Therefore, this paper will be divided into three tests, examining respectively microencapsulated probiotics on growth performance of fattening pigs, intestinal flora, serum and antioxidant indexes, slaughter traits and meat quality parameters of effects.Testl:this experiment was conducted to study the effects of adding micro-capsules of probiotics on large white sows’fattening performance, blood index and microbiological effects. Results show that:(1) Compared with the control group,0.5kg/t Group significantly increased the average daily food intake (ADFI) (P<0.05); Compared with 0.4kg/t chlortetracycline,0.5kg/t probiotic group significantly increased the average daily food intake (ADFI) (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the probiotic groups showed significantly lower Food/Gain Ratio (F/G) (P<0.01); Compared with 0.4kg/t chlortetracycline, probiotics group also lowered F/G (P<0.01).(2) Compared with the control group, 0.5kg/t group of probiotic bacteria significantly lower contents of Escherichia coli (P<0.05); Compared with the control group, 1kg/t group of probiotic bacteria significantly lower contents of Escherichia coli (P<0.01). Compared with the control group, 0.25kg/t probiotic lactobacillus group significantly increased the content (P<0.05); Compared with the control group, 0.5kg/t and 1kg/t probiotic group significantly increased the content of lactic acid bacteria (P<0.01); Compared with the 0.4kg/t chlortetracycline,0.5kg/t and 1kg/t probiotic lactobacillus group significantly increased the content (P<0.05). Compared with the control group 1kg/t group of probiotics can significantly increase the content of bifidobacteria (P<0.05).As results have shown, adding microencapsulated probiotics to the diet can effectively improve performance of fattening pigs, promote digestion and absorption of nutrients and enhance the balance of intestinal micro-ecology of fattening pigs.Test 2:this experiment was conducted to study the effects of adding micro-capsules of probiotics on large white sows’fattening performance, blood index and microbiological effects. Results show that:(1) Compared with the control group,0.25kg/t Group significantly increased the average daily food intake (ADFI) (P<0.05), compared with 0.4kg/t chlortetracycline,0.25kg/t probiotic group significantly increased the ADFI (P<0.05).(2) Compared with the control group,0.25kg/t probiotic group significantly increased ADFI (P<0.05); Compared with the control group,0.5kg/t probiotic group and 1kg/t probiotics group increased ADFI very significantly (P<0.01). Compared with the 0.4kg/t chlortetracycline,0.5kg/t probiotic and lkg/t probiotic group show a significant increase in ADFI (P<0.05).(3) Compared with the control group,0.5kg/t and lkg/t probiotic group significantly improved F/G (P<0.05); Compared with 0.4kg/t chlortetracycline,0.5kg/t probiotic and lkg/t probiotic group significantly improved F/G (P<0.05). (4) Compared with the 0.4kg/t chlortetracycline, the probiotic groups significantly increased total protein content of serum (p<0.05).(5) Compared with the control group,0.5kg/t and lkg/t probiotic group significantly lower the contents of Escherichia coli (P<0.05); Compared with the 0.4kg/t chlortetracycline.0.5kg/t and 1kg/t probiotic group significantly lower the contents of Eschcrichia coli (p<0.05). Compared with the control group, all groups significantly increased the content of Lactobacillus (p<0.05). Compared with the control group, 1kg/t probiotic group significantly increased the content of bifidobacteria (p<0.05).We can see that adding microencapsulated probiotics in finishing material can improve performance of fattening pigs, increase total protein content in serum, enhance nutrient digestion and absorption and maintain balance of intestinal microecology of fattening pigs.Test 3:This experiment was conducted to study the effects of adding micro-capsules of probiotics on growth performance of fattening pigs, slaughter traits and meat quality parameters of effects.Results are as follows:(1) Compared with the control group and the 0.4kg/t chlortetracycline group, the probiotic groups show decrease on feed consumption rate, F/G ratio, and diarrhea incidence.(2) Compared with the control group, 1kg/t probiotic group significantly increased ADG (P<0.05); Compared with 0.4kg/t chlortetracycline group, 0.25kg/t and 0.5kg/t probiotic group significantly increased ADG (P<0.05); Compared with 0.4kg/t chlortetracycline group, 1kg/t probiotic group increased ADG very significantly (P<0.01).(3) Compared with the control group, lkg/t probiotic group significantly reduce dressing rate (P<0.05); Compared with 0.4kg/t chlortetracycline group,0.25kg/t and lkg/t probiotic group significantly reduce dressing rate (P<0.05).(4) Compared with the control group,0.25kg/t and 0.5kg/t group of probiotics can significantly reduce back fat thickness (P<0.05).(5) Compared with the control group, the probiotic groups significantly increased content of serum albumin (P<0.05). Compared with the control group,0.5kg/t and 1kg/t group of probiotics significantly increased triglyceride content (P<0.05); Compared with the control group, 1kg/t probiotics group significantly increased serum total cholesterol (P<0.05); Compared with 0.4kg/t chlortetracycline group, 1kg/t probiotics group significantly increased serum total cholesterol (P<0.05).Compared with the control group, 1kg/t probiotics group had significant influence on serum content of propylene glycol (P<0.05); Compared with 0.4kg/t chlortetracycline, lkg/t Probiotics group had significant effects on serum content of propylene glycol (P<0.05).(6) Compared with the control group, lkg/t probiotic group significantly lower the contents of Escherichia coli (P<0.05); Compared with the 0.4kg/t chlortetracycline. lkg/t probiotic group significantly lower the contents of Escherichia coli (P<0.05).Compared with the control group,0.5kg/t and 1kg/t group of probiotic bacteria could significantly increase the content of lactic acid bacteria (P<0.05); Compared with the 0.4kg/t chlortetracycline,0.5kg/t and lkg/t group of Probiotics could significantly increase the content of lactic acid bacteria (P<0.05).Compared with the control group,0.25kg/t group of probiotics can significantly increase the content of bifidobacteria (P<0.05); Compared with the control group, the Group significantly increased content of Lactobacillus (P<0.05), compared with the 0.4kg/t chlortetracycline, can significantly increase the content of Lactobacillus 0.5kg/t,1kg/t Group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,1kg/t Group will significantly increase the content of bifidobacteria (P<0.05).We can see that adding microencapsulated probiotics to the feed can improve the performance of Castrated Large White boar. It can reduce dressing rate, back fat thickness. and bring increase in serum albumin, triglyceride content, serum total cholesterol levels, the content of lactic acid bacteria, and the content of bifidobacteria and promote the digestion and absorption of nutrients.Add 0.25kg/t probiotics to the diet significantly improved average daily weight gain of fattening pigs, reduce feed conversion ratio, promotes the growth of fattening pigs. Added to the feed 0.25kg/t probiotics can significantly affect the intestinal microflora in number of fattening pigs. Add lkg/t probiotics to the diet on total cholesterol, triglycerides increases have a significant impact on the content of, can significantly reduce the content of malondialdehyde. lkg/t probiotics can significantly increase the slaughter rate, eye area and intramuscular fat content apparent value has increased.
