Application Of GIS Information Management System In High Standard Farmland Construction

With the development of social economy,how to use land resources scientifically and efficiently has become the focus of social attention.Our government has issued many targeted policies,and the State Council has also proposed that all regions should adjust measures to local conditions,and pay attention to improving quality while improving conditions.We will formulate and implement the national land consolidation plan and accelerate the construction of high standard farmland.At present,high standard farmland has been developed in many places in China,and good results have been achieved.But in the process of construction,there is a large amount of information and information fragmentation;Due to poor information interaction,it is difficult to ensure the integrity of data in the process of data transmission,resulting in the waste of human and material resources.It is necessary to use modern information technology to improve the efficiency and level of construction process data management.This paper proposes to establish a high standard farmland information management system,using GIS technology combined with the relevant data of the construction process,to build a system platform for integrated management of graphics and attributes.Based on ArcGIS engine10.2 technology and visual studio 2015 as the development platform,this paper uses Visual C # programming language to build a relational database model and establish a high standard farmland information management system.The application of high standard farmland information management system in a project area of Henan Province is studied(1)Based on GIS platform,combined with the current situation of China’s policies and regulations,high standard farmland information management process is constructed.(2)Completed the establishment of high standard farmland information database,realized the data visualization of high standard farmland project,unified management of image and attribute.(3)Design and implement high standard farmland information management system,complete data management,map operation,construction supervision,query and statistical analysis and other functions.In this study,through consulting literature,understanding other relevant high standard farmland information system,understand the application status at home and abroad,combined with the actual needs of high standard farmland construction process,developed the function of high standard farmland information system,which can better meet the needs of farmland construction information,and provide reference for multi departments to quickly build high standard farmland projects.
