In recent years,with the increase of vegetable scale,output and sales channels in Ordos,controlling pesticide residues in vegetables and ensuring vegetable safety has become an important livelihood task.In this paper,through sorting and analyzing the pesticide residue monitoring data of vegetables in Ordos city from 2017 to 2019,the detection and exceeding of pesticide residues in vegetables,the types and quantities of pesticide residues detected were analyzed from different perspectives,and the current situation of vegetable quality and safety in Ordos city was analyzed.Suggestions were put forward for vegetable quality and safety supervision.The main conclusions are as follows:The qualified rate of cultivated vegetables in Ordos city was stable at a high level of over 95% in 3 years,and the detection rate of pesticides in vegetables in 3 years decreased significantly year by year,which indicated that vegetables were generally safe and improving year by year.Six vegetables pesticide residue detection size of leaf vegetables > melon > beans > solanaceous fruit > root chips taro > bulb class,the qualified rate of the size of solanaceous fruit > melons > root chips taro > beans > bulb class > leaf vegetables;Different manufacturer main vegetable detection rate production enterprises > farmer cooperative organizations > peasant household,qualification rate on the contrary,the order of detection qualified rate is reversed;The detection rate of pesticide residues in Q1 and Q4 was higher than that in Q2 and Q3,The qualified rate was the highest in Q1,higher in Q4 and basically flat,and the lowest in Q2;The qualified rate of vegetables in different regions was at a high level,and the detection rate in Dongsheng District,Zhungeer Banner and Yijinhuoluo Banner was at the same level,which was higher than that in Etoke Banner,Etoke Front Banner,Hangjin Banner and Wushen Banner,and the lowest in Dalat Banner;A total of 2 kinds of prohibited pesticides,8 kinds of restricted pesticides and 50 kinds of conventional pesticides were detected.About 63%of the detected samples contained more than 2 kinds of pesticide residues,and none of the prohibited pesticides exceeded the standard. |
