| Since the potato was included in the main graining strategy,the area of potato cultivation in China has been increasing year by year,but the yield per unit area has not reached the ideal level.Many enterprises and farmers in order to obtain high yields,a large number of fertilizers,pesticides and so on,resulting in a series of soil environmental problems.Based on this,the effects of potassium-relief microbial agent on potato growth and development,yield quality,soil nutrients,enzyme activity,etc.were studied under the conditions of field test.This analysis of its biological effects on the soil environment of potatoes and their farmlands and their potassium solution capacity,and to explore its reasonable application and reasonable distribution with traditional fertilizer scheme,aimed at potato fertilizer conservation,environmental protection production to provide theoretical basis and technical support.The main results are as follows:(1)The application of F02 microbial compounds can improve soil enzyme activity.The treatment of potash fertilizer with reduced amount of monobacterial agent and bacteria agent significantly improved the activity of soil sucrose and soil sucrose enzyme,among which the highest efficiency was achieved by applying reduced potassium fertilizer A5 with bacteria agent,and increased by 29.2%~37.9%and 5.8%~23.0%respectively compared to blank treatment and single potassium treatment,creating a good growth environment for potato growth.(2)The application of F02 microbial compounds increases the soil’s quick-acting nutrient content.Single-application F02 microbial compound agent and bacteria agent with reduced amount of potash fertilizer can improve the soil’s quick-acting nutrient content,of which the application of the bacteria with reduced amount of potash A5treatment of the largest efficiency,the soil quick-acting potassium content than the constant potassium treatment increased by 11.71 mg/kg.(3)The application of F02 microbial compounds promotes potato plant growth and photosynthesis.Potato starch accumulation processing stem coarseness than CK stem thickness 0.39~0.93 mm,each reproductive period blade SPAD value increased by 0.1~11.9 compared to CK,which is conducive to promoting its photosynthesis capacity.(4)The application of F02 microbial compounds is beneficial to improve potato quality.The appropriate application of F02 microbial compound agent significantly increased the starch content of potato tubers compared to single potassium treatment,and significantly improved the quality by 11.7%~32.1%compared to CK treatment.(5)The application of F02 microbial compounds is beneficial to increase potato yield and yield.The application of the appropriate amount of F02 microbial compound bacteria,each treatment than the control increased production of 6.6%~13.6%,the difference is significant.Among them,potash A5 with fungic agent with reduced amount of treatment yield was the highest,reaching 51915.0 kg/hm2,the net benefit is 13506.0yuan/hm2 higher than CK.(6)Tests have shown that the application of 36.37 kg of F02 microbial compounds per hectare with 322.5 kg potassium sulfate has a significant effect on potato soil nutrient absorption accumulation,plant growth,yield improvement and quality improvement,and can be used to guide production. |
