| Molecular markers and morphological markers were used to study the genetic diversity of seeds and seedlings of different Xanthoceras sorbifolia in western Inner Mongolia.Combined with the eastern data,the genetic diversity of Xanthoceras sorbifolia in Inner Mongolia was analyzed,and the results were as follows:(1)There were significant differences in seedling height,ground diameter,taproot length,number of compound leaves,number of leaflets,species length,species width and length-width ratio among different locations in western Inner Mongolia.(P < 0.05).(2)Based on morphological characteristics at a distance of 25,the 16 sample plots in Inner Mongolia were divided into two categories: Ulanqab city of Tsining District hundred spring mountain park(W-B-R1970),was made in the right Hou Qi white tone Zha Gan Town head of water village(W-T-R1970),Ulanqab Tsining District city botanical garden(W-Z-R1970),Chifeng city bahrain left flag camp in lindong forest farm stone house(C-Z-T)and(C-Z-R1972),ar khorchin banner of all economic forest(C-A-R1974),wengniute-kulun economic forest(C-W-R1973),another kind is ordos city,thesis(E-E-R2012),Baotou tumed right flag(B-T-R2000),the hampshire area on Hohhot in Inner Mongolia agricultural university(H-N-R1962),Tsining District of Ulanchap straight nursery(W-M-R2007),examine right Hou Qi soil animal husbandry station town soil animal husbandry,forest farms(W-T-R2007),Chifeng city ar horqin kun is economic forest(C-A-R2010)and(C-A-R2007),Tongliao city,jarud ba he tara wood red village(T-Z-R1977),xingan league well-kown horqin right wing Qian Qi(X-Q-R1976).(3)The primers with 13 pairs of molecular markers with clear bands and good repeatability were QXH002,QXH049,QXH083,QXH120,QXH262,QXH282,QXH323,XS01,XS04,XS05,XS10,XS13 and XS14,all of which were highly polymorphic.(4)The average effective allele(Ne)was 3.924,and the Shannon’s information index ranged from 0.842 to 1.708,with an average of 1.469.The mean values of observed heterozygosity(Ho)and expected heterozygosity(He)were 0.566 and 0.677,which varied from 0.364 to 0.677 and 0.478 to 0.740.The genetic differentiation index ranged from0.019 to 0.174.There was a large amount of genetic differentiation among the plots,and the genetic variation of the plots was mainly from the individuals within the population(86%).The proportion of genetic variation between the populations was 14%,and the gene flow level was 1.184 to 12.887,which could effectively inhibit the genetic differentiation between the plots caused by genetic drift.(5)Based on molecular markers at the similarity coefficient of 0.66,the 16 plots in the whole region were classified into 5 categories.The sample plots Tumut Right Banner of Baotou City(B-T-R2000),Tumu Ertai Forest Farm of Tumu Ertai Town(W-T-R2007)and Etuoke Front Banner of Erdos City(E-E-R2012)are grouped into the same category.Wulanchabu Baiquanshan Park(W-B-R1970),Botanical Garden(W-Z-R1970)and Jining District Municipal Nursery(W-M-R2007)were grouped into the same category.C-Z-T and C-Z-R1972 in Shizhuying Forest Area of Lindong Forest Farm of Balinzuo Banner of Chifeng City,Kundu Economic Forest Farm of Alukeerqin Banner(C-A-R1974),(C-A-R2010)and(C-A-R2007),Wengniude Economic Forest Farm(C-W-R1973),Horqin Right Front Banner of Hinggan League(X-Q-R197)Tongliao City,Zhalut Banner,Bayantalasumu Honghong Village(T-Z-R1977),Chayouhou Banner,Baiyinchagan Town,Tuquishui Village(W-T-R1970)and Hohhot Saihan District Inner Mongolia Agricultural University(H-N-R1962)are each classified as one class;At the similarity coefficient of 0.59,the classification is divided into 3 categories.The sample plots B-T-R2000,W-T-R2007,E-E-R2012,W-T-R1970,W-B-R1970,W-Z-R1970 and W-M-R2007 were grouped into one category,C-Z-T,C-Z-R1972,C-A-R1974,C-A-R2010,C-W-R1973,X-Q-R1976,C-A-R2007 and T-Z-R1977 were grouped into one group,and the sample plots H-N-R1962 are grouped into one class by themselves. |
