| Under the background of the deterioration of grassland ecological environment,the aim of the state’s implementation of grassland ecological protection subsidy and reward policy is to realize the coordinated development of herdsmen’s livestock income and grassland resources and environment,that is,from the perspective of sustainable development,to improve grassland ecological environment on the basis of stabilizing herdsmen’s livestock income.This thesis mainly analyzes the impact of the implementation of grassland ecological reward policy in Etuoke from the perspective of grassland ecological benefits and social development.Grassland ecological benefits are mainly analyzed from three aspects:the growth of forage,the balance between forage and livestock,and Grassland Disasters.The results are as follows.1.Through the implementation of the second round(2016-2020)grassland ecological protection subsidy and incentive policy.The average height,coverage and grass yield of natural grassland in Etuoke were increased.In 2020,the average height of natural grassland vegetation community increased by 0.89cm,the coverage increased by 1.85%,and the hay yield increased by 192.13kg/hm~2.2.The balance of pasture and livestock in Etuoke has improved year by year,from an overloading of 558,000 sheep units in 2017 to 14,000 sheep units in 2019.3.The total area of rodent pests in grassland has declined steadily,the area of serious rodent pests in grassland has increased slowly,the area of control has increased rapidly,and the area of serious rodent pests in grassland has been controlled gradually.4.The gross output value of agriculture and animal husbandry in Etuoke increased by122.89 million yuan,the per capita income of herdsmen increased by 5209 yuan,the per capita consumption expenditure increased by 2242 yuan,he total power of agricultural machinery has increased year by year,and the production and life of herdsmen have been greatly improved. |
