Agriculture occupies a very important position in China’s national economy,and plays a very important role in meeting people’s needs for survival and food safety as well as maintaining national economy and social stability.In contemporary agricultural planting mode,compared with traditional sowing,seedling transplanting technology can effectively improve the product quality of crops,and improve the ability of disease and insect pest resistance of crops,shorten the maturity period of crops,and then realize the increase of yield and income.In view of the problems that the seedling taking mechanism of the current automatic transplanter is easy to cause damage to the seedling bowl soil and roots when taking seedlings,this paper designs a dissectable and movable seedling raising tray and a corresponding seedling taking mechanism for the seedling tray.The designed mechanism can split the seedling tray and push the seedlings into the storage cup for transplanting in an orderly manner.This method avoids the damage to the soil and root of seedling after the claw penetrates into the seedling pot.Concrete research content of this article is as follows:(1)Through consulting a large number of relevant literature,analyze the research and development status of the existing automatic transplanter at home and abroad,analyze the existing problems of the automatic transplanter,according to the characteristics of China’s agricultural production,put forward the ideas to solve the problems.(2)The adhesion and friction properties of soil and material were explored,and the most reasonable materials for seedling plate were selected according to the influencing factors of adhesion and friction.The design and manufacture of the seedling tray were carried out,and two separation methods were put forward: torsion and stepby-step separation,and the step-by-step separation of the active seedling tray was finally decided to use the step-by-step separation method of the seedling and seedling tray.(3)Using Solid Works,combined with the structure and function of the current transplanting machine,a corresponding seedling taking mechanism is designed for the seedling plate designed in this paper.And through ADAMS kinematics simulation,the rationality of the seedling taking mechanism design is verified,that is,the seedling plate can be split and pushed forward smoothly,and the two can be coordinated in an order.The abrupt change of force and impact of the CAM mechanism of the disassembly system were optimized and improved,and the arc chute of the disassembly guide rod was improved into a straight chute.(4)Based on ANSYS,the transient dynamic analysis of the pinion and rack contact of the seedling picking mechanism was carried out,and the impact and deformation were verified to meet the design requirements.By simulating the actual field working conditions,the statics analysis was carried out on the frame of seedling taking mechanism to analyze the maximum stress and strain that the frame could bear and verify that the overall strength and stiffness of the frame met the safety requirements.Finally,the modal analysis of the frame is carried out to verify whether its natural frequency resonates with the excitation from power source and road surface during operation.By analyzing the natural frequency of the frame,resonance with the excitation of power source and road surface can be avoided.
