Artificial lighting is a new technology which raises the level of greenhouse production .It plays an important role in the development of greenhouse, solar energy uses to artificial lighting in greenhouse, energy conservation has important significance. However, at present developing of solar energy is not perfect, making solar energy utilization efficiency is low. It is difficult to apply every place. One of the ways, solar follows the system automatically is to improve the effective utilization of solar energy, it is important to study. Particularly comprehensive solar auto- tracking system can improve efficiency of solar energy, and expand solar energy applications.The design was self-developed solar auto-tracking system of artificial lighting in greenhouse.1. In comparing the advantages and disadvantages of various artificial light sources, LED light source use to artificial lighting for the greenhouse study. Use the maximum power 45W, Operating voltage 17.5V and operating current 2.57A for silicon solar cells. According artificial light power and according the solar panels and batteries matching factors, the number of solar panels and battery capacity were calculated. Finally, it was determined the 15 solar panels and the capacity of 499AH batteries as an energy systems.2. A tracking and locating device was designed, the use of photodiode characteristics and LM339 voltage comparator to design the tracking and locating device, which is mainly used to track solar. The transmission mechanism of solar follows the system automatically was designed and kinematic analysis. Upon analysis of certification body operating range was achieved and it was no interference. It was conducted a tracking angular velocity, angular acceleration, angular deceleration and the angle of analysis.3. Based on finite element theory, the finite element analysis (FEA) were performed using the software ANSYS for the model of the transmission mechanism of solar follows the system automatically. There were several analysis, such as the composite structures of Static simulation analysis, 10 wind Statics analysis, transient dynamics of fluctuating wind , the mechanism of modal analysis, vibration analysis, and the Spectrum analysis of 7 intensity near the source of earthquake. The simulation analysis of the mechanism and the solution programs were introduced in detail. The FEA indicated that fluctuating wind generated by the frequency and frequency of starting and downtime were less than natural frequencies, so the mechanism do not happen resonance. Further comparison, fluctuating wind was a great impact, and 10 wind destructive is bigger than 7 intensity near the source of earthquake to mechanism.4. There are two parts to control tracking sun, such as hardware and software design. The system regards ARM as the core, circuit design and the design of system program. Circuit mainly includes positioning devices to track circuit, cloudy detection circuit, LPC2104 control the motor circuit, system clock circuit, display circuit, auxiliary circuit. The system program includes several modules: initialization module, location tracking module, solar time tracking module, clock module and display module.5. It was carried out to compare the fixed and tracking of power generation experiments half in a year (winter and spring). Through the test track the sun and fixed output power output of solar panels to measure and compare energy. Experiments showed that the power output is less in winter in Changchun, Tracking solar output significantly higher than the fixed solar panel , increasing the proportion of between 20% -25% .There is a relationship between the size of solar radiation and the solar energy output. With the increasing amount of radiation, solar panels are also increasing output power. It also showed that cloudy case, two ways powered output the same, so solar time tracking module must be removed. In the same solar radiation, the fixed output power of day and solar radiation mean of coefficient of determination is 0.980, regression equation y=55.225x-0.2637. The tracked output power of day and solar radiation mean coefficient of determination is 0.987, regression equation y=67.931x-0.5101. Two methods of power production and solar radiation have a significant positive linear correlation. Increase the proportion of day and solar radiation mean coefficient of determination is 0.7112, regression equation y=0.6588x+0.0311, and they are also a significant positive linear correlation.Tracking and locating device was designed to reduce the cost. Transmission mechanism and control part were designed, agencies in a variety of loads of different circumstances analysis, that the tracker is a security. Experiments prove that the design of solar automatic tracking system and is expected the same, however the system still needs more in-depth and comprehensive study.
