The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of adding yeast hydrolysate to the sow’s reproductive performance,maternal immune transmission,and fecal microorganisms in the diet of late pregnancy and lactation.Provide the basis for the application in regulation.Twenty-four Danish long-white sows with good body condition,parity,backfat thickness,and similar age of delivery were selected and randomly divided into two treatment groups with 12 replicates in each group.Repeat 1 pig.The control group was fed the basic diet,and the experimental group was fed the experimental diet with 5 kg / t yeast hydrolysate added to the basic diet.Record sow litter data,collect placental serum,sow and piglet serum on the 14 th day of lactation,and feces on the 15 th day to determine relevant indicators.The results show that:1)Yeast hydrolysate can improve the reproductive performance of sows,significantly increase the number of healthy sows born(P<0.05),significantly reduce the number of weak litters(P<0.05),and tend to reduce the number of stillbirths(P=0.098)Compared with the control group,the serum albumin(ALB)content in the sow serum of the test group increased significantly(P<0.05),and the cholesterol in the piglet serum(TCHO)showed a tendency to decrease(P>0.05);Estradiol(E2)increased by 23.30%(P=0.053),and progesterone(P)and placental prolactin(HPL)levels increased significantly(P<0.01).2)Yeast hydrolysate enhances the immunity of sows by increasing the level of immunoglobulins,reducing inflammation,and increasing the antibody titer of vaccines,and can be passed to piglets.Compared with the control group,the content of Ig A,Ig G and Ig M in the sow serum of the experimental group was significantly increased(P<0.01),while the Ig G in the colostrum was significantly increased(P<0.01)and the Ig M was significantly increased(P<0.05),Ig A tended to increase(P=0.093).In the serum of piglets in the experimental group,Ig G increased significantly(P<0.05),and no significant changes in immunoglobulin levels were observed in placental serum.Compared with the control group,the levels of IL-2 and IL-6 in the sow serum of the experimental group were significantly reduced(P<0.01),and the levels of IL-2 and IL-6 in the placental serum were significantly reduced(P<0.01),IL-2 content in piglet serum was significantly reduced(P<0.05),IL-6content was significantly reduced(P<0.01).The vaccine titers of swine fever and pseudorabies of sows and piglets in the experimental group have a certain increase compared with the control group(P>0.05).3)Yeast hydrolysate can reduce the amount of harmful bacteria in feces and improve intestinal microecology.Compared with the control group,Clostridium perfringens,Escherichia coli,and Bacillus megaterium in the sow feces of the experimental group were significantly reduced(P<0.01),and Bifidobacterium and Salmonella had a decreasing trend(P>0.05).Clostridium perfringens,E.coli,and Bifidobacterium in the feces of piglets in the group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).In summary,the addition of yeast hydrolysate to the diet in late pregnancy and lactation can improve the reproductive performance of sows,improve the immunity and anti-inflammatory ability of sows and piglets,and have a positive effect on the fecal microflora of sows and offspring.Therefore,yeast hydrolysate has a good application prospect in the nutritional regulation of "mother and child integration". |
