Abstract/Summary:
Thinning cultivation of big trees is gradually rising in southern grape producing areas,which provides the possibility for the application of trunk infusion technology in Precise Fertilization and drug application on grapes.Compared with the traditional way of fertilizer application,trunk infusion technology has many advantages,such as high efficiency,energy saving,environmental protection and so on.In this experiment,the self flow trunk infusion technology was used to test the grape trees in the field.In the early stage of the experiment,the transportation,accumulation and distribution of trunk infusion solution in the grape trees were explored by inputting magenta dye and15N tracer test.In the later stage of the experiment,the most suitable concentration of nutrient solution was studied by inputting four different concentrations of nutrient solution into the trunk to compare the soil fertilization Three kinds of fungicides.fenicovir,enylmorpholine and pyrazolyl ester,were introduced into the tree trunk to study the degradation rule of these three fungicides in the tree body and the control effect on grape downy mildew.The main results of this experiment are as follows:1.Fuchsin test results showed that:Fuchsin solution was transported along the xylem near the cambium in the stem;In the leaves,it was evenly distributed on the mature leaves,and it was unevenly distributed on the young leaves and the old leaves;In the fruits,there was more accumulation of peripheral vascular bundles and central vascular bundles during the expansion period,and only in the central vascular bundles and fruit brushes during the color transformation and maturity period;In the roots,it was mainly in the xylem Ministry accumulation.15N Tracer test showed that the nitrogen nutrient solution input from trunk could accumulate in leaves,fruits and roots of grape,and there was a law of accumulation and redistribution of nitrogen in leaves,which presented a process of accumulation in fruits and roots.2.According to the N:P:K:Ca:Mg=10:3:15:10:3(kg/667m2)of soil fertilization in the whole year as the control,10 L of medium concentration nutrient solution(containing nitrogen of 200 mg/L)was input into the trunk of the expanded to mature grape to replace the soil fertilization.The treatment can significantly improve the single grain weight and soluble solid content of the grape fruit,and improve the mineral nutrition of the leaves.3.In the experiment,three kinds of fungicides(4.5g/L,2.25g/L,2.25g/L)were injected into the trunk of each grape tree.It was found that the control effect of three kinds of Fungicides on downy mildew was over 80%,which was significantly higher than that of foliar spray and water control.Through the study of the conduction and degradation of the three chemicals in the tree and the comparison with foliar spraying,it was found that the content of the fungicide in the fruit and the leaves was higher after the water was injected into the tree trunk,while the content of the enylmorpholine(wettable powder)and the pyrazolesyl ester(EC)in the fruit and the leaves was significantly lower than that of foliar spraying,so it was speculated that the conduction and the dosage form of the fungicide in the tree were the same A definite relationship.In the experiment,three kinds of fungicides were introduced into the trunk of grape,the peak of fungicide content in fruit and leaf appeared in 3-10days,which provided some reference for the trunk transportation technology of grape.
