| Using‘Seedless Cuibao’,‘Zui Jinxiang’and other grape varieties as experimental materials,grown these grape varieties under greenhouse with sparse and large crown cultivation,and the grapes were treated with different hormones,to solve the problems that restrict the development of grape in Yulin region,such as high labor cost,lack of talents,single variety and low content of science and technology,explore a new grape planting model in Yulin region,improve the grape quality,and provide theoretical guidance for the development of grape in Yulin region.The following conclusions are drawn:1.Grown grape varieties under greenhouse with sparse and large crown cultivation,reduced the complex process of removing frame and burying soil for cold protection in winter,reduced labor costs because of large space leading easy to mechanize operation.2.By selecting the three-year“Seedless Cuibao”with basically consistent growth at 7 days after flowering and using gibberellin acid at 15mg/L,20mg/L and 30mg/L concentrations respectively.The results showed that:(1)20mg/L GA3 treatment could significantly reduce the length of the fruit cluster;(2)both 15mg/L and 30mg/L GA3 treatments increased the single grain weight,while 20mg/L GA3 treatment increased the longitudinal diameter;(3)GA3 treatment with different concentrations had no significant effect on the content of soluble solids,but significantly reduced the content of the acid.3.Through the different concentrations of three hormones composed of 9 combinations of three years old“Zui Jinxiang”at 15 days after flowering,the results showed that:(1)the grain number per cluster could be significantly increased by treating the cluster with gibberellin 10mg/L+thiaburon 2mg/L or gibberellin 10mg/L+thiaburon 4mg/L;(2)the longitudinal and transverse diameters of berries were significantly increased by 10mg/L of gibberellin+2mg/L of thiaburon,12.5mg/L of gibberellin+4mg/L of thiaburon,12.5mg/L of gibberellin+6mg/L of thiaburon,and 8mg/L of gibberellin+2mg/L of pyroxolone.The longitudinal diameters increased by 11.91%and the transverse diameters increased by13.73%;(3)treatment with gibberellin(15mg/L)+pyroxolone(2mg/L),gibberellin(8mg/L)+pyroxolone(2mg/L),gibberellin(10mg/L)+thiaburon(2mg/L)and gibberellin(10mg/L)+thiaburon(4mg/L)increased the content of reducing sugars in berries,with increases of27.45%,23.75%,15.71%and 7.70%,respectively.The content of reducing sugar in fruit was reduced by 3.38%,3.34%and 14.67%,respectively,after the treatment of gibberellin12.5mg/L+thiaburon 2mg/L,gibberellin 12.5mg/L+thiaburon 4mg/L and gibberellin12.5mg/L+thiaburon 6mg/L. |
