| Hunan province is an indispensable part of tobacco cultivation in China.Due to the perennial rotation mode of tobacco rice and monoculture method,a series of problems such as shallow ploughing layer,thickening plough bottom,soil physical characteristics and decreased nutrient coordination occur in this area.To solve the above problems,improve the changsha rice smoke zone soil tillage conditions,alleviate the pressure of the cultivated land,increase the yield and quality of tobacco leaves,through field experiment,this study set up deep vertical rotary tillage(T1)one processing and furrow plough tillage(T2),direct rotary tillage(T3)two conventional controls,to explore the different tillage methods on changsha rice smoke zone soil physical properties and quality of flue-cured tobacco production.The results are as follows:1.The soil physical properties were significantly improved by deep vertical rotary tillage.Deep ploughing by silk-bed deepens the ploughing layer,reduces the soil bulk density and compactness in 0-30 cm ploughing layer,increases the soil porosity in 0-30 cm ploughing layer,improves the water retention capacity of 0-40 cm ploughing layer,increases the content of 0.25-1mm granular aggregates in 10-30 cm ploughing layer,and improves the stability of soil aggregates.2.The growth potential of flue-cured tobacco root system was increased by deep vertical rotary tillage.In flue-cured tobacco transplanting 60 days,powder ridge deep treatment,respectively,compared with the control under the root depth increase 5.70 cm,6.80 cm,the thick root diameter increased by 27.72% and 16.24%,root volume increased by48.05% and 55.61%,at 80 days after transplanting,flue-cured tobacco powder ridge deep processing,respectively,compared with the control processing root depth increase 6.50 cm,8.00 cm,root volume increased by 31.94% and 36.34%,primary lateral root number increased by 27.91% and 40.57%,respectively,compared with the control treatment,Secondary lateral root number increased by 21.29% and 36.35% respectively.3.The deep vertical rotary tillage improved the availability of some nutrients.The contents of total nitrogen and available potassium were increased,and the total nitrogen and available potassium were increased by 22.86% and 7.32% respectively in the deep tillage treatment and the direct rotation tillage treatment.4.The deep vertical rotary tillage in the bed increased the coordination of chemical composition of flue-cured tobacco.The contents of total sugar and reducing sugar in flue-cured tobacco were reduced by deep ploughing in bed,which made the contents of total sugar and reducing sugar more close to the most suitable range.5.The deep vertical rotary tillage improved the economic character of flue-cured tobacco.Compared with the conventional rotary tillage treatment,the yield,output value and smoke rate of the dry ridge deep tillage treatment increased by 18.61%,31.12% and 16.72%respectively.In summary,to some extent,the can improve the physical characteristics of soil,improve the growth potential,chemical composition coordination,nutrient availability and economic characteristics of flue-cured tobacco root system,and provide an effective way for flue-cured tobacco to achieve high quality and superior yield. |
