Effects Of Green Manure&Bio-active Fertilizer Application On Yield And Quality Of Flue-cured Tobacco

The paper was proposed different ratio of biological activity manure and green manure using a split-plot design test by the analysis and comparison of difference for the effect of soil improvement and flue-cured tobacco production output value, the characteristic of the appearance, the physical indicators and tobacco leaf intrinsic chemical composition among different treatment. Eventually, the paper was filter out the best combination to provide experimental basis to improve the soil, increase yield and quality of tobacco. The result was shown as follow:(1) Compared with controls, there was alleviate the change of the soil pH, reduce the pH value of the soil, increase soil organic matter, total nitrogen, available nitrogen, available phosphorus, available potassium content, reduce soil bulk density with the increase in the amount of green manure to farmland. In the same quantity returning of green manure, green manure can improve soil physical and chemical properties. Therefore, generally the quantity of returning was11.5t/hm2-22.5t/hm2(2) The order of flue-cured tobacco yield with different green manure was GM3> GM2> GM1> GMO, including the highest yield in the GM3treatment, which was150.2-156.2kg/mu. In the same quantity returning of green manure, the order of flue-cured tobacco yield in different bioactive fertilizer was B2>B1>BO. There was increase average price of flue-cured tobacco leaf due to green manure significantly improve on the middle and superior part of flue-cured tobacco leaf. In the same quantity returning of green manure, there was different price of flue-cured tobacco leaf with different ratio of bioactivity fertilizer, but the different of the treatments was no significant.(3) With the returning of green manure and different ratio of bioactivity fertilizer, there can increase the content of tobacco total sugar, sugar and flavoring substances, reducing the content of tobacco nitrogen and nicotine content, so as to enhance the tobacco aroma quality, reduce tobacco odor, the flue gas is delicate and soft, sweetness enhancement.(4) With the increase of in the amount of green manure returning, there can improve the quality of smoke panel test. In the same quantity returning of green manure, the order of the overall rating absorption high score with different ratio of biological activity fertilizer was B2>B1>B0, but the difference between B1and BO was little. In the different quantity of green manure returning and different ratio of biological activity fertilizer, to improve aroma quality and aroma of the amount of the aroma characteristics, eating flavor characteristics of momentum and a lingering back sweetness.
