To the rice, rape, wheat, and other crops,it has been confirmed that the interaction of N and K is existence. At present, the research on the interaction effects of tobacco N and K is only staying in the field test. There are few studies on the mechanism of the tobacco seedling stage, and Given the above, this test uses a combination of hydroponic culture and pot experiment. In order to deepen the nitrogen and potassium nutrition management of tobacco, reveal the mechanism of nitrogen fertilizer utilization differences in different environments, provide a perspective for improving the potassium content of flue-cured tobacco and make a new theoretical basis for balanced fertilization and optimization of application technology. The test content includes:(1)Study on the absorption kinetics of ammonium ion and potassium ions in tobacco;(2)Effects of nitrogen and potassium concentration on physiological characteristics of tobacco seedlings;(3)Effects of Different Nitrogen Form Ratios on Nitrogen and Potassium Utilization Efficiency of Flue-cured Tobacco under Different Potassium Supply Levels,The main findings are as follows:1.The absorption of ions by tobacco roots shows that the absorption of NH4~+is greater than that of K~+;The kinetic parameters of NH4~+uptake by roots of different seedling ages showed significant differences in the maximum absorption rate and Michaelis constant of tobacco seedlings,With the increase of seedling age,the absorption potential of tobacco seedling roots is increasing;Under low K+conditions(<0.2mol/L),the maximum K+absorption rate of seven-leaf and one-heart tobacco seedlings is 2.7%higher than that of four-leaf one-heart,and the Michaelis constant is 29%higher,Seedling age has little effect on the K~+absorption rate of roots.2.Nitrogen concentration has a very significant effect on the accumulation of dry matter in tobacco seedlings. At low levels of potassium, the higher nitrogen treatment lower nitrogen significantly higher than 91.4%,72%,90.6%;Under low nitrogen levels,K~+has a certain promotion effect on the chlorophyll synthesis of tobacco seedlings. When the potassium concentration is the same,as the nitrogen concentration increases, the chlorophyll content, soluble protein, root vitality, and GS activity of tobacco seedlings all increase;Under high-concentration nutrient stress, tobacco seedling leaves have a higher degree of peroxidation of cell membranes than roots.3.The potassium content of roots, stems and leaves among different treatments increased with the extension of growth period.Thirty days after transplanting flue-cured tobacco, different nitrogen ratios under the same potassium level had no obvious effect on the potassium content of tobacco leaves. The difference in nitrogen forms at high potassium levels has a greater impact on tobacco plant height, stem circumference, leaf number, etc. The potassium content of tobacco leaves is the highest when Ammonium to Nitrate Ratio is 5:5.
