| In Sheqi, Henan, using Yunyan87 as experimental material, researched the effects of biochar mixed with fulvic acid potassium and different potassium application on the content of potassium in tobacco and the flue-cured tobacco growth,physiological metabolism,tobacco leaves’ yield and quality and the style characteristic. The main research results are as follows:1. The application of biochar can improve the C/N of soil, to improve the soil of nitrogen absorption capacity; The application of biochar and fulvic acid potassium, both improve the soil available potassium content, especially in the Vigorous growth period the soil can supply high potassium, can also promote the absorption of tobacco plants on the soil organic matter.2. The application of biochar and fulvic acid potassium can significantly improve the growth condition of tobacco plant; increase the dry matter accumulation of tobacco plant. Increase the chlorophyll and carotenoid content of tobacco plant at the early time, which helps increase the intensity of photosynthesis; at the mature stage, application biochar and fulvic acid potassium can increase the rate of the degradation of chlorophyll and carotenoid, which helps improve aroma substances content in tobacco leaves. With the advance of the growth period, the content of potassium reduced gradually. Various periods, the content of potassium in tobacco leaves, the highest is T4.3. The application of biochar and fulvic acid potassium can increased the leaf tobacco production and proportion of superior tobacco, which improves the average price and output, can also improve the physical properties of tobacco leaves obviously, improve the quality of tobacco leaves.4. Protein, total nitrogen and nicotine content in each part of tobacco leaf are in appropriate range, the application of biochar and fulvic acid potassium can decrease the content of nicotine obviously, increase the content of potassium.5. Increasing biochar application alone or fulvic acid potassium to improve the effect of petroleum ether extract content is not obvious, when the application of biochar and fulvic acid potassium at the same time, the effect is more obvious, the amount of matter aroma is the highest, can also decreased the content of nicotine significantly, increase the content of potassium. The application of biochar and fulvic acid potassium can improve the aroma quantity, improve the quality and finish, reduced the mixed gas6. Different kinds of potash fertilizer have different effects on the growth of tobacco, the T2 is the best. Simple application of potassium sulphate or potassium sulphate mixed with potassium nitrate has little effect on the amount of dry matter accumulation of tobacco. But the application of potassium sulfate mixed with potassium fulvic acid or potassium sulfate mixed with Potassium nitrate and potassium fulvic acid can increase the amount of dry matter accumulation of tobacco plant.7. All kinds of potash fertilizer increase the chlorophyll content in tobacco leaves in different degrees. The degradation of chlorophyll and carotenoid rate is highest in T2, which will be conducive to the formation of aroma substances in tobacco leaf.8. Potassium apparent utilization in T2 is the largest, illustrate the potash fertilizer utilization rate of T2 is higher, reduced the waste of potash fertilizer; Physiological utilization of potash of T4 is the highest. The soil has the largest contribution to plant potassium dosage of T1, which means the potash contribution is lower.9. T2ã€T3ã€T4 can all increased the leaf tobacco production and proportion of superior tobacco compared with T1, which improves the average price and output. T2 and T4 its physical properties are better than T1, T3 and CK.10. The middle leaves of all treatments have higher total sugar and reducing sugar. Middle leaf potassium content in T3, T4 is higher, the highest in upper leaves is T2, and the next is T3.11. Different kinds of potash fertilizer compared with T1, can increase the content of petroleum ether extract to a certain extent, T4 is the highest levels at lower leaves and upper leaves, T2 is the highest levels at middle leaves. All kinds of aroma matter content were the highest of T4.12. Different kinds of potash fertilizer can prolonged smoldering of tobacco leaf, correlation analysis showed that Smoldering time were very significant positive correlation with potassium, significantly positively related with K/(Ca+ Mg), positively related with Mg, negative correlation with Ca. Temperament is obviously improved of T2, comprehensive all the indicators, the best smoking results is T2,and the next is T2, and there were significant differences between with other processing. |
