The absorption of mineral elements,accumulation of carbohydrates and the accumulation and transformation of nitrogenous compounds of different organs of roots,stems and leaves of flue-cured tobacco during the growth and development of flue-cured tobacco and the variation of soil mineral elements of during the growth and development of flue-cured tobacco were studied by using the medium-smoke 100 as the test material.The quality of differences of postharvest tobacco leaves was studied.The field experiment was in Ruzhou tobacco district of Henan province in 2015 and 2016.Test results are as follows: 1 the law of change different treatment of different organs in different mineral elementsThe change of boron content in the roots is that the treatment of T1,T2,T3 and T4 is the rise and fall of and the overall trend of CK treatment showed a downward trend-rise-fall.The change of Cl element content in the roots: the treatment in the growth and development process was decreased-increased trend.The change of Cu content in other treatments did not increase and decrease.Iron content level in the roots is more consistent,more prominent is nitrogen and phosphorus treatment showed rapid increase-downward trend.Manganese content was basically increased-decreased-rising trend.The contents of sodium in the roots was as follows: no fertilization caused by Na content changes in the decline-rise-decline trend,the other treatment was up-down trend.The change of Zinc content in the roots is that CK,T1,T2 and T3 treatment were rapid increase-rapid decline-slow down trend and the other treatment was a rapid decline-slow down.Calcium content changes of T1,T2,T3 and T4 treatment of was in the rise-a downward trend and CK treatment showed a slow downward trend.Potassium content changes of T1,T2,T3 and T4 treatment increased-decreased.The change of magnesium content in CK was slowly increased-the gentle descent.The change of magnesium content in CK increased slowly-decreased slowly,and the change of phosphorus content in other treatments increased rapidly.The content of boron in the stems was the same little difference,the basic decline-rapid rise-a gentle decline.The overall change in chlorine content in the stems decreased slowly and increased,and the rise and fall were different,with the lowest level in the 9th week.The change rule of copper content in T1,T2,T3 and T4 were not obvious,and the whole showed a rising-down-increasing trend.The fifth week of iron content in the stems is higher,the overall rise-slow downward trend.Manganese content changes to increase-slow down,different treatment of manganese content difference is small.Na content in the stems is basically rising-slow down-the trend of rising slowly.Zinc content remained basically at a level of floating.Calcium content showed a rise-down-rise.The change of magnesium content of T1,T2,T3 and T4 showed a rising-down-up trend,and change of CK was decreased-rising-decreasing trend.Changes in phosphorus content as a whole showed a rapid rise,and then maintained at a level.The boron content in each treated leaves was not much different,and the population was generally decreased-increased-decreased-increased.The chlorine content treatment decreased overall-rise-down-rise.Copper content changes less,basically in the range of 95 mg / kg ~ 150 mg / kg fluctuation.From the 5th week to the 13 th week,the Fe content in the treated leaves was similar to that of the "M" type,and the T3 treatment showed a rising-down trend,and the Fe content of 15 th week was the lowest.The change of manganese content was as follows: steady-rising-slow descending trend,peaked at week 7.The contents of Na in tobacco leaves were similar to Manganese content in tobacco leaves.The changes of Zn content of T4 was a rapid decline-a slow rise-a slow decline trend and the other treatment of four treatments changes are consistent,showing a steady-rise-decline-tends to smooth.Five treatments of Ca content changes like a "net".The change of K content during the growth and development of tobacco leaves decreased slowly.The Mg content in tobacco leaves did not change greatly,and the Mg content fluctuated in the range of 0.3g / kg ~ 0.5 g / kg.The trend of P content in tobacco leaves was slowly increased-decreased slowly.2 Variation of Mineral Elements in Different TreatmentsThe change in the Phosphorus content in the soil was a gentle increase-a gentle decline.The soil K content of T1 treatment decreased continuously,while the contents of K in other treatments increased first and then decreased.The contents of Ca in five treatments decreased with the increase of Ca content.CK,T2 and T4 treatment of soil Mg content changes to increase-decrease-increase-decrease.The content of Fe in the treated soil showed a rising-decreasing-rising-decreasing trend and the Fe content of soil treated with T1,T3 and T4 showed a decrease-rise-decrease.The contents of Mn in soil treated with T1,T3 and T4 decreased,decreased and decreased,and T2 showed a trend of decreasing-increasing-decreasing-increasing-decreasing.The changes of soil copper content in CK,T1,T2 and T3 showed a decrease-decrease trend,but the content of Cu in T4 treated soil decreased slowly-drop-rise.The change of zinc content in different treatments is complicated and there is no obvious rule.Soil Na content is basically the first increase and then reduce trend.3 the law of change of different treatments of different carbohydrates in different organsThe total sugar content in T4 treatment increased gradually,and the total sugar content of other treatments was basically "M".The overall dynamic change of reducing sugar content was like "M".The change of total sugar content in T1 treatment showed a trend of increasing-decreasing-increasing,and the change of total sugar content in other treatments was increased-decreased-increased-decreased.The content of water-soluble reducing sugar in T1 treatment was increased-decreased-increased,and the content of reducing sugar in other treatments decreased to rise-down-up-down.The change of total sugar,reducing sugar and starch content in tobacco leaves was as follows: the total change of total sugar content was similar to that of a "W" type.Before 11 weeks,the total sugar in the eight treated tobacco leaves was basically the same,showing a trend of gentle-decreasing-rising-falling.The reduced sugar content of T3 showed a slow rise-decreased-rapid rise-rapid decrease-a slow descent trend.Other treatments of reduced sugar content of tobacco leaves decreased-rapid rise-rapid decline-slow rise-lower.The effects of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium on the starch content of tobacco leaves were different,and the contents of starch were different.But the content of starch was lower at 7th week,and the content of high content was inconsistent.The overall regularity was poor.4 the law of change of different treatment of different nitrogen compounds in different organsThe total nitrogen content in the roots was significantly different,and the CK showed a rapid decrease-slowly increased,and the N,P and K treatments increased-continued to decrease-slowly increased,and the total nitrogen content of T1 changed continuously Increased,T4 treatment of total nitrogen content increased to rise-decreased-increased,while the T3 treatment showed a decrease-increase-to reduce the trend.CK treatment changes were elevated-decreased-increased;T2 treatment of nicotine changes were decreased-increased-decreased-increased.The root nicotine of T1,T3 and T4 treatment of changes increased-decreased-increased.The contents of total nitrogen and nicotine in the stems were the control,and the contents of total nitrogen in T3 and T4 were decreased first and then increased.T1 treatment of total nitrogen content changes like "V" type,T2 was slowly increasing trend.The change of nicotine content in the stem of T3 was significantly higher than that in the control group(P <0.05).The changes of total nitrogen,nicotine and protein content in tobacco leaves were as follows: the change of total nitrogen in leaves treated with the contents of T1,T2,T4 and CK increased first and then decreased slowly.The total nitrogen content of the T6 treated leaves decreased rapidly-decreased slowly.The nicotine content increased rapidly,but the growth rate of the five treated samples was not the same.The protein content of tobacco leaves showed a decreasing trend,and the protein content of different tobacco leaves was decreased The difference in content at different times was similar,and the protein content of each treatment fluctuated up and down at the adjacent time points.5 Effects of different treatments on chemical components of flue-cured tobaccoThe results showed that the reducing sugar and total sugar content of tobacco leaves were higher than that of N,P and K,the effect of T4 was better,and the content of reducing sugar was significant difference between treatments.Chlorine content is lower T4 treatment,potassium content is higher T4 treatment.T4 treated nicotine and total nitrogen were slightly higher than other treatments.T1 and T4 of the sugar and sugar ratio is relatively low,the other treatment difference is small,the difference between nitrogen and alkali is not much,T4 potassium and potassium ratio is much higher than other treatments,less difference between the two sugar.The chemical composition of the middle leaves: T4 treatment of reducing sugar,total sugar and chlorine content is relatively lower than other treatments,and nicotine,potassium and total nitrogen content relative to other treatment content is higher.There were significant differences among the six indexes,and the ratio of sugar to nicotine,nitrogen and alkali ratio,potassium and chlorine ratio and ratio of two sugars were different.The results showed that the effect of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium on the conventional chemical content of flue-cured tobacco was obvious.The middle of the leaves of the middle aroma substances: the total content of high T4 treatment,the lower content of the control and different treatment between the neutral fragrant ingredients content differences.Carotenoids,aromatic amino acids,cisplatin,brown products and so on,nitrogen and phosphorus,nitrogen and potassium fertilizer with two kinds of fertilizer when the content of neutral incense ingredients than control content is higher,and T3 was higher than CK.Upper leaf neutral aroma material: the upper leaves of neutral fragrant ingredients than the middle leaves less species,isophorone oxide,benzyl alcohol,6-methyl-5-hepten-2-ol,3,4 Methyl-2,5-furan dione,2-acetylpyrrole and the like in different treatments.T1 and T2 treated neutral aroma components were significantly lower than CK treatment.The results showed that the combination of nitrogen,phosphorus or nitrogen and potassium fertilizer or nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium was beneficial to the formation of neutral aroma constituents.Significant differences total organic acid,total amount is in turn: T4 > T1> T2 > CK > T3,and the main components of the organic acid content is malic acid a nd citric acid,low content of stearic acid,succinic acid and linoleic acid.Sensory qual ity: the evaluation indexes of T1 and T4 are better than other treatments,the aroma an d aroma are outstanding,the mixture is lighter and the aftertaste is more comfortable.
