| Paeonia ostii’Feng Dan’is one of the principal oil peony cultivars.oil content is a vital factor affecting the development of oil peony industry.EXploring the relevant characteristics of oil content of the seeds of superior lines of Paeonia ostii’Feng Dan’will play an important role in further development of oil peony breeding.The research analyzed 88 superior lines’of Paeonia ostii’Feng Dan’oil percentage,oil content and other correlative traits which based on the observed,measured and the technology of supercritical CO2e Xtraction.The purpose is to find significant related traits with oil percentage and oil content.The paper used 9 plant intercross to explore the effects of Xenia on oil content by artificial pollination.The main advantaged findings are summarized below:(1)Through the comprehensive analysis of 88 superior lines of Paeonia ostii’Feng Dan’,it was found that the different traits had different variations.The average coefficient of variation was 35.39%,the highest oil percentage was 38.9%,the biggest oil content was 295.73 g.The Xunyang‘Feng Dan’had the best performance in three population which average oil percentage(34.48%)and oil content(109.03 g)is better than Feng Xiang‘Feng Dan’(oil percentage averaged 30.64%and oil content averaged109.3 g)and Shangzhou‘Feng Dan’(oil percentage averaged 32.49 and oil content averaged 69.98 g).At the same time,the 15 plants were selected which e Xhibited better performance in the 88 plants,there are FD-75,FD-35,FD-88,FD-82,FD-24,FD-27,FD-80,FD-10,FD-85,FD-72,FD-15,FD-74,FD-76,FD-12 and FD-53.The FD-75 was the best plant which comprehensive scoring was 2.75,oil percentage was34.9%,therefore,it could be used as parents in breeding.(2)According to principal component analysis and correlation analysis,the research found that the significant related traits with oil content are:Single plant yield(dry in the shade),peel weight(dry in the shade),average fruit diameter,single plant seeds number,seeds hundred weight(dry in the shade),seeds oil percentage and single plant seed weight(dry in the shade),meanwhile,the significant related traits with oil percentage are flowing time and moisture content of seed.(3)The linear regression equation was established according to multiple linear regression analysis,it is Y=Y1*Y2=(39.743-0.602*X12)*(66.949+0.392*X6+0.219*X14+1.962*X1+60.231*X7-0.011*X9)(R2=0.984,P<0.01)(Y:oil content;Y1:oil per-centage;Y2:seed yield)(4)The research indicated the oil percentage,the seed yield and oil content of Paeonia ostii’Feng Dan’had Xenia effect,meanwhile,the effect of pollen on seed yield was greater than oil percentage of seeds.The female plant has different intensity to different pollen.71.43%seeds’oil percentage improved 6.77%after the female plant was influenced by high oil percentage pollen,meanwhile,there are 28.57%seeds’oil percentage dropped 4.44%.There are 75%seed yield improved 36.49%after he female plant was influenced by high seed yield pollen,meanwhile,there are 25%seeds’oil percentage dropped13.93%.There are 75%seeds’oil content improved 36.52%after he female plant was influenced by high oil content pollen,meanwhile,there are 25%seeds’oil percentage dropped 12.71%.(5)It was found that there are 20 artificial pollination combinations’performance better than natural pollination by analyzed these pollination combinations,then I picked the top three combinations from the 20 artificial pollination combinations,they are FD-80×FD-26,FD-13×FD-26,FD-19×FD-26.Compared with the control group,the oil content rose by 50.73%,53.18%,92.95%respectively. |
