This study on Paeonia ostii "FengDan" foliar micronutrient fertilizer applied direction,to explore the different kinds of trace element fertilizer and six different mass concentration of boron fertilizer condition for P.‘FengDan’ seed oil yield and quality the influence of two aspects,to better development and utilization of oil with Paeonia ostii resources to provide theoretical basis and support.The main results were as follows:1,Through testing of soil boron,manganese,molybdenum fertilizer three kinds of trace element fertilizer for the experiment,the results showed that different micronutrient fertilizer combination treatment on seed yield and P.‘FengDan’ seed yield efficiency is the influence of different degree.Compared with the control group,boron and molybdenum manganese combined with maximum impact on crop yield,the biggest increase by 59.13%.For yield efficiency,compared with the control group,boron and molybdenum of manganese and the impact on the two biggest,maximum 32.68%.2,Boron fertilizer experiment set six treatment group,spraying boron concentration respectively 0,1 g/L,2 g/L,3 g/L,4 g/L,5 g/L,compared to the low boron fertilizer with a control group,the plant height increment increase with concentration of spraying boron fertilizer showed an increasing trend.By comparing the six boron fertilizer treatment group of seed production,each pod number,number of seeds per pod and hundred grain weight,get in spraying 4 g/L of boric acid solution area yield and hundred grain weight increase maximum,area yield increased by 18.08%,and hundred grain weight increased by 17.66%.3,Six boron fertilizer by supercritical fluid carbon dioxide extraction treatment group comparison of P.‘FengDan’ seed oil,spraying boron fertilizer make the yield efficiency increases with spraying in the concentration of showing increased after decreased the general trend of the first,and in spraying concentration reaches 3 g/L a maximum yield efficiency reached 27.78%.4,Through 6 boron fertilizer treatment group of GC data analysis to get under the condition of boron fertilizer treatment,no significant influence on content of hexadecanoic acid,linolenic acid and linoleic acid content increased significantly,while the content of stearic acid and oleic acid decreased significantly.By comparing the Pearson correlation coefficient showed that the content of linolenic acid and linoleic acid on 0.05 levels notable,oleic acid and linoleic acid of these two kinds of fatty acids at the 0.05 level significantly negative correlation,linolenic acid and oleic acid at the 0.01 level significantly negative correlation.5,Six boron fertilizer treatment group by measuring iodine value,saponification value and acid value,get 6 boric fertilizer treatment group on a greater influence on the iodine value,of which,when the concentration of boron fertilizer spraying quality for 3 g/L when reach maximum iodine value,can draw,spraying on the leaf boron fertilizer can improve the oil saturation.6 boric fertilizer treatment group had a little effects on saponification value,no significant influence on acid value.And through the analysis of the variation,six processing variant extent P.‘FengDan’ seed oil physical and chemical properties: iodine value > saponification value > acid value.6,Through the determination of DPPH radical scavenging ability,ABTS + and CUPRAC method determination of antioxidant activity of samples to get 6 boric fertilizer treatment group on the antioxidant capacity of P.‘FengDan’ seed oil.As the spraying mass concentration increasing,antioxidant capacity showed the trend of enhanced weakening and when the spraying concentration is 3 g/L and the strongest antioxidant capacity. |
