| Grape(Vitis vinifera L.)is one of the most widely planted fruit trees in the world.Reasonable irrigation and fertilization are essential to improve its yield and quality, but the current cultivation and production of grapes lacks a scientific strategy. Therefore,it is particularly important to explore the effects of different nutrient concentrations for the nutritional growth of vines and fruit quality, and to formulate a scientific integrated strategy of water-fertilizer.In this study, the test materials were 9-year-old‘Fujiminori’and‘Kyoho’.And 5 concentrations Hoagland nutrient solution were set to micro-spray grapevines,i.e.nitrogen-containing 30 mg.L-1,60 mg L-1,120 mg L-1,180 mg L-1 and 240 mg L-1(marked N30,N60,N120,N180 and N240,respectively,reduced to 1/3 of the processing concentration during veraison to harvest period),and to explore the suitable nutrient solution concentration for the nutritional growth of grapevines, the growth and development of fruit and the formation of quality. The main results are as follows:1)Throughout the growth and development period, the new shoot length, leaf area per plant and chlorophyll content of‘Fujiminori’and‘Kyoho’reached the higher value under the higher concentration. The new shoot length, single leaf area and chlorophyll content of‘Fujiminori’and‘Kyoho’treated by N240 during maturity were 141.33 cm,4.09 m2,42.75SPAD and 150.75 cm,3.96 m2,45.65 SPAD,which was higher than the N30 treatment conditions, respectively 23.08 cm,0.80 m2,1.71 SPAD and24.00 cm,0.39 m2,4.05 SPAD,indicating that the higher concentration of nutrient solution is beneficial to the nutritional growth of the vines within a certain range.2)Throughout the growth and development period, the fruit diameter and single fruit weight of the‘Fujiminori’grape and‘Kyoho’,and the yield of single plant during maturity are positively correlated with the concentration of nutrient fluid, the fruit diameter, single fruit weight and the yield of single plant of‘Fujiminori’and‘Kyoho’treated by N240during maturity were 25.53 mm、11.04 g、4.46 kg and 25.53 mm、11.04 g、4.46 kg,which was higher than the N30 treatment conditions respectively1.97 mm、2.39 g、1.29 kg and 1.73 mm、1.77 g、1.05 kg,indicating that the higher concentration was conducive to fruit growth and development within a certain range.3)During the mature period,a number of of fruit intrinsic quality indicators, such as soluble solids, tittable acid, solid acid ratio, color glycosides content of‘Fujiminori’and‘Kyoho’reached the maximum under the medium concentration(nitrogen-containing 120 ppm),which were 18.6%,0.34%,55.0,0.35mg/g FW and 18.1%,0.3%,60.0,0.36 mg/g FW respectively, indicating that the medium concentration of nutrients is beneficial to grape quality formation;4)Comprehensive evaluation of all fruit indicators of‘Fujiminori’and‘Kyoho’in maturity period, the results show that high concentration(nitrogen-containing 240 ppm)nutrient solution is conducive to grape yield formation, and the medium concentration(nitrogen-containing 120 ppm)nutrient solution is conducive to grape quality formation.Comprehensive sort of‘Fujiminori’is N120>N180>N60>N240>N30,and‘Kyoho’is N120>N240>N180>N60>N30.So it is recommended to use medium concentration(nitrogen-containing 120ppm)nutrient solution as the recommended concentration of integrated micro-spray irrigation of grape water-fertilizer. |
