Konjac is a perennial herbaceous plant of the genus Amorphophallus in the family Araceae.Because it can provide a large amount of glucomannan,it has high economic and practical value.It has been widely used in food science,chemistry and materials science.A.albus is a unique konjac resource in China and the best quality variety of Araceae,Therefore,the integrated technology of water and fertilizer,which has the advantages of saving water resources and improving water and fertilizer efficiency,is introduced to solve the problem of low yield in the production and cultivation of A.albus.This thesis explores the effect of integrated water and fertilizer technology on the growth of A.albus,and explores the integrated conditions of water and fertilizer for A.albus production and cultivation,and provides some guidance for the subsequent industrial cultivation management of A.albus.The main findings are as follows:1.Silver and black bi-color mulch can improve the cultivation environment of A.albus and significantly increase the yieldThe experiment was carried out by setting three different colors of silver-black film,white film,black film mulch film,and control without film.The results showed that the silver-black double-layer plastic film can reduce the number of weeds in the field by 66.59%,and also increase the soil temperature,adjust the soil water content,and increase the light intensity,compared with the control group,the seedling growth index and chlorophyll content increased by 40.7%and 38.1%respectively,The yield of the plot reached 18.860kg/7m2 and 15.433kg/7m2,which was 43.39%and 35.07%higher than the control.2.Integrated application of water and fertilizer can significantly increase the yield of A.albusCompared with the traditional cultivation with Stanley 15-15-15 compound fertilizer as the base fertilizer,the new Xinong 1-2-3 type fertilization was used for water and fertilizer treatment.The results showed that the rhizome fresh weight treated with water and fertilizer reached 79.41g/strain,53.85g/strain,67.67g/strain and 58.44g in the silver-black bicolor film,white film,black film and uncovered film,respectively,which was significantly higher than the traditional cultivation of 11.42%and13.73%,10.67%and 14.43%;the experimental plot yield reached18.860kg/7m2,11.840kg/7m2,17.493kg/7m2 and 13.153kg/7m2,respectively,which increased by 22.2%,24.0%,15.4%and 15.1%compared with traditional cultivation.3.Combined application of fertilization+foliar fertilizer+base fertilizer can significantly increase the yield of A.albusChoosing fertilization(the new Xinong 1-2-3 type fertilization)+foliar fertilizer(the new Xinong foliar fertilizer 1-2-3 type)+base fertilizer(Stanley 15-15-15compound fertilizer)combined performance is the best,compared with traditional cultivation The net photosynthetic rate of A.albus leaves increased by 7.94%,the yield of A.albus increased by 36.69%to 15.9/7m2,and the content of konjac glucomannan was significantly greater than that of the control by 54.62%.4.In the range of 12kg/667m2-30kg/667m2,the yield of A.albus was positively correlated with the increase in the amount of fertilization.Comparing with the control without fertilization by setting five different fertilization application rates of 12kg/667m2,18kg/667m2,24kg/667m2,30kg/667m2and 36kg/667m2.the results showed that the yield of A.albus showed an increasing trend in the amount of fertilization of 12kg/667m2~30kg/667m2,and began to decline when it exceeded 30kg/667m2;The best performance was 105.56g/strain,which was an increase of 164.03%compared with CK,and there was no significant difference between the treatment of konjac glucomannan content between24kg/667m2-36kg/667m25.The highest yield of A.albus is treated at 4:3:3 of the total amount of fertilization in the seedling stage,head replacement stage and expansion stage.The seedling stage,head replacement stage and swelling stage accounted for 40%,30%and 30%of the total amount of fertilization,respectively.The chlorophyll content of Konjac leaves reached 4.665mg·g-1FW,and the best performance in the plot was20.633 kg/667m2;while the 40%-30%-30%,60%-20%-20%,80%-10%-10%seedling growth index and plot yield decreased as the proportion of water and fertilizer applied at the seedling stage increased In the comparison of the content of glucomannan,there is no significant difference between different places.6.IBA and NAA can promote the production of of A.albus seedlings,IBA can increase the yield of of A.albusUnder the condition of integrated water and fertilizer,NAA(10mg/L,30mg/L and50mg/L),6-BA(10mg/L,30mg/L and 50mg/L)and IBA(50mg/L,150mg/L)are selected by setting And 250mg/L)three kinds of hormones were sown after soaking,and set no plant growth regulator CK1,traditional cultivation CK2,a total of 11treatments,analyze the effects of different growth regulators on the growth of A.albus under water and fertilizer conditions.The results showed that:IBA and NAA treatment can promote the production of multiple seedlings of konjac,and the multiple seedling rate increased by 16.67%~28.89%and 12.22%~21.11%compared with CK1;while6-BA can increase the antioxidant enzymes SOD,POD and The content of CAT;In the plot output,IBA treatment was significantly greater than CK1,which increased by25.55%,30.68%and 27.59%,reaching 16.656kg/667m2,17.336kg/667m2 and16.926kg/667m2. |
