Study On Comprehensive Evaluation Of Agricultural Green Development In Shandong Province

China is an agricultural country,the development of agriculture in our country has been to play an important position,laid a solid foundation for China’s economic and social development of agriculture.However,as the speed of China’s industrialization process,integrated development of urban and rural integration gradually,land pollution and development of natural resources is wanton ecological civilization problem gradually revealed,seriously affected the sustained and healthy development of agriculture,with the transformation of China’s economic and social basic contradiction happened,people’s requirement for the quality of agricultural products increased significantly,while the existing agricultural product quality can’t satisfy people’s needs,In Shandong province as a national agricultural big province,under the background of the lead in the implementation of new and old kinetic energy conversion,rapid advance of green agricultural development process,ensure the supply of high quality agricultural products is the inevitable choice of agricultural development in Shandong province new era.This study based on the entropy value method and system clustering analysis method,according to the development of green agriculture in Shandong province,the subjective construction of rural development,green production,ecological environmental index system of green agriculture,according to the Shandong province agricultural green development indicators in 2010-2018 panel data,from the vertical dimension,time on the cross section analysis in 2010-2018 in Shandong province and each prefecture agricultural development level differences;From the horizontal dimension,the comprehensive score of agricultural green development level of various prefecture-level System clustering analysis method is used to transform each locally administrated level agricultural green level of development in Shandong province regional comparison on composite scores.Green agricultural development level in Shandong province,has carried on the comprehensive evaluation,Analysis results show that the longitudinal dimension,the early stage of the level of green agriculture development in Shandong province shows fluctuation type,late rising steadily,there are 4 kinds of growth trends between different cities,namely,"wave type","linear","straight after the first wave" and "inverted U".From the comparison of regional differences in the horizontal dimension,the shortfalls of some regions are quite prominent,but the differences among regions are not obvious.Through a comprehensive evaluation and research of the development of green agriculture in Shandong province,the existing problems in the development of green agriculture in Shandong province are: agricultural supply structural contradiction;Brand agricultural management system is imperfect;Non-point source pollution situation is still grim,Agricultural development new kinetic energy cohesive enough;Individual regions rural development is slow.To solve these problems,relevant policy Suggestions are given:the adjustment of agricultural structure,to speed up the agriculture kinetic energy in the conversion;Perfect management system,mining green agricultural development momentum;Green technology innovation,perfect the new agricultural structure;"Six green" measures to promote agricultural green transformation development,etc.
