Research On The Factors Influencing The Supply Safety Of My Country’s Bulk Meat Agricultural Products

In recent years,as international trade frictions have become more intense,my country’s economic development has also entered a bottleneck.The "14th Five-Year Plan" proposes to plan the direction of my country’s future economic development,which emphasizes the need to ensure the safety of the industrial chain and provide for the construction of a new development pattern.support.The pig industry is an industry that is currently receiving a lot of attention in our country,because it is closely related to people’s livelihood.The problems in the pig industry will firstly have a great impact on the daily lives of our residents,and secondly,it will also cause drastic fluctuations in our national economy.The problem of the supply safety of the pig industry for graduate students,analysis of the reasons leading to fluctuations in the supply of the pig industry,can provide theoretical support for government regulation and make policy formulation more targeted,and related research theories can also provide references for industrial safety issues in other similar industries,To prevent other similar industries from repeating the same mistakes as the pig industry.This article first combines previous research and the author’s understanding of the pig industry to define the meaning of the supply safety of the pig industry,and proposes six evaluation indicators for the supply safety of the pig industry,namely:supply quantity safety,quality safety,and price stability.,Supply timeliness,variety and pollution treatment capacity.Then analyze the factors that affect the supply safety of the pig industry,and divide these effects into direct and indirect effects.Among them,the direct influencing factors are subdivided into resource factors and technical factors,while the indirect influencing factors are mainly to study the influence of industrial policy and market demand,and respectively illustrate the influence of various factors on different evaluation indicators.Finally,combined with the development history of the pig industry in my country,a staged discussion was conducted to analyze the security status of the pig supply at different stages and the main factors affecting the status.The analysis summarized the current problems in the pig industry in my country and believed that the current supply of the pig industry in my country is safe.The problem is mainly reflected in quantity security.Then,based on the conclusion drawn from the above analysis that the current supply security of the pig industry in my country is mainly reflected in quantitative security,collect the provincial panel data of 30 provinces and municipalities in my country from 2003 to 2018,conduct empirical analysis,and mainly study various influencing factors.Impact on quantity security.The number of slaughter pigs represents the number of pigs supplied,and the influencing factors mentioned above:resources,technology,industrial policies,and market demand settings are selected as explanatory variables for empirical analysis.The empirical results show that germplasm resources and land resources have a positive impact on the supply of live pigs,while the level of breeding technology has a significant positive impact on the supply of live pigs.The implementation of the “Southern Pig Raising in the North”policy in 2016 has made the supply of live pigs within a period of time.There has been a decline in the domestic market,and market demand has also had a positive impact on the supply of live pigs.Combining the above theory and empirical analysis,the policy recommendations for ensuring the safety of the supply of the pig industry in my country are proposed as follows: First,ensure the supply of basic resources in production;secondly,increase investment in pig breeding related technologies;The protection status of people’s livelihood issues;finally,the monitoring and analysis of market supply and demand information must be strengthened.This study explores theoretically the supply safety of the pig industry and the evaluation indicators of the supply safety of the pig industry,reveals the relevant factors that affect the supply safety of the pig industry more completely and clearly,and provides theoretical support for the policy formulation of the supply safety of the pig industry in my country.In addition,it also has certain reference significance for the supply safety research of other meat bulk industries.
