RIA-based Quality And Safety Traceability System For Chicken Industry

Chicken is an important agricultrual products, whose quality safety issue received widespread attention.The paper stuided the quality and safety control for chicken industry. Based on computer network technology, database technology, RIA technology and Java dynamic web technology, a traceability system for chicken industry was studied. The main content and results were listed as follows:(1) A traceability database for chicken industry was established. The database involves in the whole process of chicken consumption from egg to protein, and contains egg, breeding, slaughtering, logistics and selling information.(2) An information encoding scheme for the quality and safety traceability system for chicken industry was put forward, involing in the encoding of employee, vaccine, medicine, feed, egg, chick, broiler, slaughtering and selling infromation.(3) A quality and safety traceability system for chicken industry was developed based on RIA technology and Java web application development framework. The system can track the information of every link in chicken industry, which ensured the information transparency of chicken industry.(4) In view of the barcode are prone to be contaminated and lost which cause the traceability information unavailable. Multiple information tracing methods was proposed, including barcode, invoice information and purchasing date.
