Research On The Quality And Safety Traceability System Of Agricultural Products Based On Blockchain Technology

Pork is currently one of the main agricultural products consumed by the residents of China on a daily basis,and its quality and safety are directly related to the health of the people.However,in recent years,the pork industry has been exposed to many food safety problems,which are difficult to trace back to the nodes that need to be held responsible.To solve the pork safety problems,we have focused on optimizing the traceability system in recent years,giving full play to the advantages of blockchain in decentralization,openness,autonomy,anonymity and information non-tamperability by introducing blockchain,designing a blockchain-based pork traceability system,and ensuring the accuracy of traceability results of data through blockchain for verification during traceability inquiries,and thus solving the pork industry This paper first examines the supply chain of pork.In this paper,we firstly analyze the business process of pork supply chain traceability from the aspects of breeding production,slaughtering and processing,transportation and distribution,and sales,etc.Based on this,we then design the framework of pork traceability system based on blockchain technology based on the analysis of the difficulties and demands of pork supply chain traceability,and discuss how blockchain technology can be integrated with the traceability system to play its own advantages.Then,for the whole industrial chain of pork,this paper proposes the model design of multi-chain system,which processes each link of pork with a separate blockchain network,reduces the data storage pressure of blockchain network nodes,and analyzes the details that should be paid attention to when this technology is applied;finally,this paper details the blockchain-based traceability method,traceability elements and traceability process,and makes a summary analysis of the pork traceability system The implementation and application of the pork traceability system are summarized and analyzed.Thus,this paper makes a useful exploration and innovative attempt for the application of blockchain technology in pork food safety assurance,and makes a certain contribution to food safety for the common people.
