At present,the use of agricultural machinery is more developed towards large-scale agricultural machinery that can have higher working efficiency.However,large-scale agricultural machinery has a larger working width and a larger weight,and its transportation will become a more critical issue.That is to say,in addition to being able to meet the needs of working on farmland,the large-scale wide-format machine can also be transported to the next working position conveniently.There are many solutions to the problem of convenient transportation of large-scale agricultural machinery at home and abroad,each with its own advantages.In response to this problem,the research team provided a solution for a highly mobile rack platform,specifically a center-mounted platform and a front-mounted platform.Among them,the ground wheel front platform technology is still in the stage of research and optimization.When it is equipped with the2 BMFJ series no-tillage straw mulch planter engineering practice,there are still problems that were not expected during design and need to be optimized.This research is based on the ground-wheel front-mounted high-mobility rack platform engineering practice object,using theoretical analysis,computer-aided design and analysis,digital prototype simulation,finite element analysis,and experimental verification.According to the actual work needs and user needs,the existing front-mounted high-mobility rack platform is fully optimized and designed to make the platform more lightweight,practical,convenient to operate,low cost,and highly reliable.The following are the main research contents:(1)Optimal design of hydraulic system: Under the premise that the hydraulic system controls the operation and transportation conversion function of the ground wheel front rack platform,the hydraulic circuit connection of the hydraulic system is improved,and the control circuit is redesigned to control the corresponding solenoid valve.The Visio software is used to continuously improve and debug the hydraulic system schematic diagram,the control circuit is arranged on the physical prototype,and the tractor is connected to test the feasibility of the optimized hydraulic system.(2)Replace the dual-purpose ground wheels of the ground wheel front-mounted high-mobility rack platform with large-diameter agricultural tread tires more suitable for field operations,and optimize the size and structure of the dual-purpose ground wheel connecting frame according to the structural parameters of the ground wheels.The DMU motion mechanism module is used to debug the whole machine to the transportation state,and the indicators such as the approach angle,departure angle,and minimum ground clearance during longitudinal transportation are measured.The finite element analysis module is used to perform the finite element structure analysis on the optimized ground wheel platform and the lightweight design of the entire platform according to the analysis cloud image.(3)Optimized design of the ground wheel steering lock: The ground wheel lock mechanism is improved,and the ground wheel steering lock mechanism is optimized from the inside of the shaft to the outside of the shaft,making the locking operation space large and the locking torque large.(4)Simulation test and prototype test: use CATIA software motion simulation to debug the whole machine to the transportation state,test the corresponding indicators,and verify the locking process of the ground wheel locking mechanism.Draw the drawings and send them to the factory for processing prototypes.After installation and optimization,the electronically controlled hydraulic system is tested and the state transition test is carried out.Through test feedback,the deficiencies of the hydraulic system are corrected and adjusted to complete further optimization.The ground wheel front-mounted high-mobility rack platform after optimized design is more lightweight,practical,easy to operate,low cost,and has high reliability.The utility model can be mounted on a wide-width large-scale agricultural machine to meet the requirements of the operation and transportation of the large-scale agricultural machine,and is beneficial to promoting the popularization and promotion of a large-width no-tillage straw mulching planter.
