Ideological work is an important work of the Party.Whether it can be done well bears on the future and destiny of the Party,the long-term peace and stability of the country,and the cohesiveness and centripetal force of the nation.State-owned forest farm as a national forest management unit,quantity,wide distribution,its ideology construction is also part of our ideological construction,accurately grasp the state-owned forest farm worker thought tendency,conscientiously do a good job in the new age of state-owned forest farms ideology to win work initiative,for to do a good job of the national ideology construction has positive significance.Based on state-owned forest farm investigation and study,find the short current our country state-owned forest farm ideology construction,analysis of state-owned forest farm of the troubles and causes existing in the ideological construction,and connecting with the construction of national ideology level to find corresponding countermeasures,promote the reform of state-owned forest farms,more conducive to promote the whole society ideology construction work.This paper uses literature research method,questionnaire survey method and inductive research method to study the ideological construction of state-owned forest farms in the new era.The paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which introduces the reasons and significance of studying the ideological construction of state-owned forest farms,and sorts out the research status,methods and innovation points at home and abroad.The second part of the new era of state-owned forest farm ideology construction theory starts with a summary,defines the relevant theories,expounds the theoretical basis,and discusses the necessity of the new era of state-owned forest farm ideology construction.The third part conducts a detailed investigation and study on the ideology and its current situation of the employees through the questionnaire survey on the state-owned forestry farm,analyzes the problems in the construction of ideology from the questionnaire data,and explores the reasons from the problems.The fourth part,according to the existing problems and reasons,puts forward solutions from three aspects: adhering to the leadership of the Party,strengthening system construction and talent team.The fifth part is the conclusion,which summarizes the relevant theoretical understanding and practical exploration. |
