The experimental location of this experiment is in the Naqu region of Tibet.The average altitude of this region is 4870 meters high,which is a state of chronic hypoxia.The temperature difference between day and night in Naqu region is large.It is windy every year and the climate is dry.There is no absolute frost-free season,such an environment poses a challenge to the growth of local forage.Although the local forages are very resistant,the output is in short supply.Therefore,it is urgent to find a feeding method that can efficiently fatten and increase production.In order to be able to study the effect of oregano oil on the physiological indicators,growth performance,meat quality and intestinal microbes of Tibetan sheep after adding different concentrations of oregano oil to the basic diet of Tibetan sheep Bangor County,Naqu City.To explore whether oregano oil can be used as a plant-based additive for efficient fattening on the plateau,and provide a basis for using oregano oil as a long-term additive to ensure the stable development of Tibet’s animal husbandry in alpine regions.Four groups were set up in the experiment.They were oregano oil group A(150g/t),oregano oil group B(300g/t),oregano oil group C(450g/t),and blank control group D.Three replicates were set in the group.Each replicate selected 5 healthy and disease-free Tibetan ewes of 20 months old and an average body weight of33.45±1.25 kg(P>0.05)kg.After 60 days of concentrated fattening,slaughter,and the growth performance,Physiological index,slaughter performance,meat quality,intestinal microorganisms were measured after slaughter.Experiment one Adding oregano oil to the diet can increase the average daily gain of Tibetan sheep,slaughter performance and improve the quality of lamb.The average daily weight gain in the oregano oil group was higher than that in the control group.After 60 days of feeding,there was no significant change in daily weight gain between the groups.In the first stage,the data of the meat-to-meat ratio showed that the oregano oil group was better than the control Group,oregano oil group C is superior to oregano oil groups A and B.The daily weight gain of the three groups of oregano oil A,B and C was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Among the three groups of oregano oil group,the daily weight gain of the oregano oil C group was the highest,and the daily weight gain could reach 54 g.There was no significant difference between Group A and Group B(P>0.05),in the second stage.There was no significant difference in feed intake between the oregano oil group C and the other groups(P>0.05).The oregano oil group C had the lowest feed-to-meat ratio,so the oregano oil group C performed best for the experimental sheep.From the above experiments,we can know that adding oregano oil to the feed can save the feed.Among them,the group C of oregano oil is the best solution,and the effect of increasing weight gain is the best.Compared with the control group,there is a significant difference(P<0.05);in the comparison of the cooked meat rate values,there is a significant difference between the oregano oil groups and the blank control group(P<0.05),of which the oregano oil C group is cooked The meat rate is the highest;the tenderness of each group of oregano oil is higher than that of the control group.Among the three groups of oregano oil group,the tenderness of the oregano oil group C is the highest,which is significantly different from the control group(P<0.05).For comparison,after 45 min and 24 h after slaughter,we made a comprehensive comparison of meat color.After 45 min after slaughter,we compared the brightness,redness,and yellowness of Tibetan sheep’s meat color.Compared with the control group,the value of redness and brightness of sheep meat in Central Tibet is higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Among them,the brightness of the oregano oil B group is the highest,and the oregano oil C group Has the highest redness.There is no obvious difference in yellowness value(P>0.05).The above meat quality test data can show that adding different levels of oregano oil to the diet can improve the meat tenderness of Tibetan sheep,increase the cooked meat rate,and improve the color of meat.Group C has the best comprehensive improvement.Oregano oil products can make meat products on the market achieve better market results.Adding oregano oil to the diet can increase the carcass weight of Tibetan sheep.In the experiment,the oregano oil group Had significant differences compared with the control group(P<0.05),of which the oregano oil C group Had the highest carcass weight value;the slaughter rate was four The values of the groups were evenly distributed,there was no significant difference(P>0.05),the value of the oregano oil group in the eye muscle area was greater than that of the control group,and there was a significant difference(P<0.05),of which the value of the oregano oil group C was the highest.Adding oregano oil to the grain can improve slaughter performance.Trial 3 Adding oregano oil to the diet can improve the morphological structure and flora of the intestine,and achieve the purpose of promoting the growth of Tibetan sheep.The villi length of the ileum,duodenum and jejunum in the oregano oil group were all greater than that of the blank control group and the difference in duodenum and jejunum was significant(P<0.05).The villi length of the oregano C group was the most in the oregano oil group Long,significantly different from the other three groups(P<0.05);oregano oil group with higher value of velvet ratio in ileum,duodenum and jejunum is the oregano oil group,of which the oregano oil C group is different from other groups There was a significant difference between the three groups(P<0.05).The oregano oil group C was the longest,reaching 724 μm,741.8 μm,and 831.8 μm,respectively,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).In all small intestine segments,oregano oil The value of each group in the cashmere ratio is increasing from group A to group C.In summary,the results of the experiment can indicate that the addition of oregano oil in the diet can promote the growth of the intestinal villi length and muscle layer thickness of Tibetan sheep,and promote digestion and absorption in the intestine,and improve the production performance of the animal.The oregano oil is 450g/t Group C is stronger than the other two groups of oregano oil;according to the richness of the genus flora,the oregano oil group Has a role in increasing the abundance of specific genus flora,and the oregano oil group is compared with the control group The difference is significant.The richness of the two groups of oregano oil B and C is relatively high.Based on the above data,oregano oil has a tendency to increase the richness of the flora.Among them,the oregano oil300g/t group B and 450g/t group C performed best.
