With the rapid development of animal husbandry in China,the animal husbandry industry has entered the intensive development stage of breeding,which facilitates the centralized management of livestock by users.The general pig breeding factory adopts closed factory,so there is the problem of insufficient detection of harmful gases in the house.The bad indoor environment seriously affects the growth and development of pigs,and even causes the death of pigs,and even serious infectious diseases.On the basis of consulting a large number of literature,combined with the growth environment and characteristics of pigs,this paper designs a set of pig breeding environment monitoring system based on narrow band Internet of things(NB-Io T),which can timely monitor the growth environment factors of pigs,such as temperature,humidity,light intensity and concentration of harmful gases.This design combines microcomputer,modern network communication technology and Internet of things technology which is widely used at present.The system is divided into perception layer,communication layer,Io T platform,application service layer and user layer.The sensing layer is mainly composed of temperature and humidity sensor,ammonia sensor,hydrogen sulfide sensor and other sensors.The communication layer uses NB-Io T network and COAP + Lw M2 M Internet of things protocol.The sensor collects data and then transmits it to STM32 MCU for data processing,and then drives NB-Io T module for data transmission.Io T platform uses China Mobile Internet of things platform,which is mainly used to receive the data uploaded by NB-Io T module.The application service layer mainly constructs the cloud deployment of piggery environment data parameters.The user layer mainly provides monitoring data for managers or users.This paper mainly makes a specific study from the following aspects.(1)Combined with the growing environment of pigs,the Io T scheme of pig monitoring system was screened and designed.At the same time,the appropriate sensor module was selected for the detection of temperature,humidity,light intensity and harmful gas concentration required by pig house environment and pig growth.(2)Using STM32 microcontroller,using STM32 internal ADC to collect sensor data and digital filtering algorithm can reduce the interference of external environment to the system and improve the sampling stability of the system.(3)When the environmental parameters of the piggery exceed the standard,the stability of the environmental parameters of the piggery can be controlled by the action of the actuator unit.(4)Based on NB-Io T network and China Mobile One Net Internet of things platform,real-time monitoring and data transmission to the cloud are realized,and historical data query is supported,which greatly liberates the burden of breeders.This paper finally designed a set of pig breeding environment monitoring system,with STM32 microcontroller as the microcontroller,using NB-Io T network,combined with China Mobile One Net Internet of things platform,through the collection of data in the laboratory and piggery for verification,basically achieve the purpose of effective monitoring of pig breeding environment parameters. |
