In recent years,China’s animal husbandry has developed rapidly,but it has also exposed many problems.In some farms,the accumulation of animal excrement produces greenhouse gases and toxic gases,which not only causes serious pollution to the atmosphere,but also affects the growth of livestock and poultry.At present,there are some problems in the market,such as the single type of monitoring gas,limited transmission distance,expensive price,etc.small-scale farms can’t be popularized.Based on a farm in Fenghua,Ningbo City,Zhejiang Province,this project designed and developed a system that can monitor the environment of farm in real time and remotely.The main work contents are as follows:(1)Review the relevant information t about the impact of farms on the atmosphere.Farms produce greenhouse gases such as carbon dioxide and methane and toxic gases such as ammonia,and the temperature and humidity will affect carbon dioxide,methane and ammonia;according to the demand analysis,temperature and humidity,carbon dioxide,methane and ammonia concentration are determined as monitoring indexes.(2)Comparative analysis of the existing four wireless communication technologies(Bluetooth,ZigBee,WIFI,NB-IoT),and selecting NB-IoT as a communication solution with a long-distance transmission distance.(3)System hardware circuit is designed by modular method,including the main control module,communication module and control module and each sensor module.Select STM32 that is high-performance,low-cost chip as the main control chip;use BC95-B8 that is low-power chip to achieve long-distance data transmission;choose AM2320,S8-0053,TGS2611,MQ137 as gas acquisition module to realize data collection and data transmission for the farm environment;adopt the relay as the control module to realize the intelligent control of environmental control equipment.(4)Select OneNET cloud platform as the server,analyze and calculate the collected farm environment data,and put it into the database storage;design the user interface to realize remote monitoring and viewing of historical data by users.When the environmental factor reaches the set value,the control module drives the relay to turnon the fan,which can reduce greenhouse gases and toxic gases generated by fecal fermentation.
